I ordered from Plainfield Giordano, October 11th,2024. First, the lady who took the order messed up my address 3-4 times, and then another lady called me back, saying the driver could NOT find the house, so I repeated the address to her several times and she goes that is not the address we have and I nice explained to her because the lady who took my ordered kept messing it up, this after it took over a hour to deliver it, finally I called them again after another 1/2hr has gone by and said to cancel my order, but they insisted I take the order and next time we get $20 off our next order. The driver got there 5 min later, and I told him I do NOT want the order anymore. He called his manager back, and he insisted I take the order. While I was eating, I found a hair on it, I thought it wuz probably our dog's hair. Herr is the kicker the next morning. I found more hair in my pizza. I WILL NEVER EAT AT Giordano again. PS This is my first negative review, I just don't WANT ANYONE else going through what me and my family and I went through. Not only did two people mess up on the address, but because they messed up on my address but they thought it is ok to put their hair in my food. I AM MORTIFIED AND COMPLETELY DISCUSSED BY THEIR LACK OF CARE AND ACTIONS. I WILL NEVER EAT AT giordanos again, ESPECIALLY THE Plainfield one. UNOS OR LOUS FOR...
Read moreFood was definitely good, no doubt about that! But, this was our first time ever visiting this location and our server Paula, made our experience not soo good. From the time we ordered, she did not once come back in 30 minutes. We needed refills and had to ask other server for it. Our appetizer came out, and she just brought it to the table, without coming back to see if we needed anything else. We again had to ask another server for refills and silverware. Finally 45 mins later our food came out, once again we did not get approach once. At this time, all of our cups, & empty appetizer plate were still at our table. She was walking by and kept looking at our table without saying anything even after seeing the table needed to be cleared, so I got her attention (since we were trying to eat) and asked for refills. It took her about 10 minutes to come out with our water. We ordered dessert, and again she did not once come to us, at this point we were done with our food but she did not bother to take anything. Another server close by, offered to get the manager for us. We turned down that option to not make a scene and instead asked for the check. I understand that it was a busy Saturday night, but all the tables around us were getting good service by...
Read moreIf I could give this location negative stars I world. First time there in a long time a few months ago, stuffed pizza comes out barely warm. Ok, must be a fluke. Second time about a month ago, again the pizza was barely warm. We sent it back to be warmed up. We also saw the wait staff bringing pizzas from other tables to the kitchen and back to the tables a few min. later. I complained to the corporation thinking there must be something wrong with the ovens. How could a pizza that cooks for at least 30 min. come out cold. They sent me a gift card so I figured why let it go to waste. I ordered online for pick up thinking, if need be, I can just heat it up at home. I get there and they have no pizza for me. They can't even find an order! I know I clicked place order. The manager comes out and says I have to have a confirmation code. He didn't offer to make it, didn't apologize, nothing. I probably would have waited if he were the least bit accommodating or pleasant. I am now down at Lucano's waiting for a stuffed pizza to cook. Never been here before, but at least they are nice and want my business. I will NEVER step in any Giordano's owned by this franchisee.
Update: The stuffed pizza at Lucano"s was far superior...
