My wife, my mom and I stopped in for lunch last Friday. I've been to McBride's several times. It's a great place to watch a game. Hang out with friends and have a few drinks for dinner or lunch. As usual, they did not disappoint! I had the bacon cheddar burger with fries It was very juicy! My wife had the Chicken Caprice panini with tater tots. It is a very tasty well made sandwich and the tater tots were nice and crispy ! My mom had the bacon mushroom Swiss burger. And it was out of sight! The food, the service and the atmosphere are spot on!!! Hats off to our waitress Christine, you are a very good server my dear thank you very much and thanks again to McBride's see you again soon!

First time at this place. . First off.. they automatically gave us chips and queso for FREE..right off the bat they scored points. It's more of a bar vibe with tables. I was expecting something a bit more homey but our waitress was delightful. Excellent service. We ordered the stuffed jalapeno appetizer. They were ginormous and delicious. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad which was ok (the chicken was obviously frozen, thin and overcooked) My mom ordered the shepherds pie (she didn't like it). I would come back to try something different though. I wish I knew the waitress' name.

We sat on the patio since the sign inside said seat yourself. We sat for a while before we flagged someone down to get a menu and place a drink order. I have been here several other times, each time it seems the service is lacking. I believe its a shortage of staff, because when service does eventually arrive its friendly. The food is really good, I had the Rubin and fries & I really liked the complimentary nachos and jalapeno cheese dip. I had the Tangerine Wheat Ale, one of my favorites and my friend enjoyed the McBrides Punch (very pretty to look at)

We had been getting emails and hearing on the radio to support your local restaurants. So we bought some local flavors. Went for lunch. Got there, told to sit any where. Waitress finally came, had to ask for things several times. Asked for the bill, told the waitress we had a local flavor. She tells us they're not taking them at this time. Said she will check on it. Sends "manager/owner", who was very cocky and only escalated the situation. Told us they haven't been selling them on local flavor for 6 weeks, however we bought ours on 5/22/20. I showed her my date of purchase. Then she said that it is posted on local flavor that no one is taking coupons until they reopen. Well, I was sitting there dining at their restaurant so I'm going with...they're open! Then claimed it is on Mcbride's website, and that there was a sign on the door and also where we came in. So, looked on local flavor, McBride's website nothing there stating they weren't taking the local flavor, only that they were for dine in, which is what we were doing, and they were extending the expirations due to covid. Which we had seen when we bought them. Went to check out the "posted sign" at the entrance and the "sign " she claimed was posted on the door. No sign on the door, which even if there had been, we wouldn't have seen it as we didn't go in. Outdoor seating only! The "posted sign" at the entrance to the outdoor seating was a laminated piece of paper laying on a table with a whole list of rules and regulations on it that was under a towel that I had to lift up off of it in order to read it. Every time I shot her excuse down she came back with yet another lie and had a very condescending attitude. At one point I said, "I just want to pay my bill and be done with this"! And she continued to run her mouth so I told her she needed to just walk away from my table, NOW! She continued to talk and again I asked her to walk away. She had to get the last word yet again and said, OK,I'M WALKING AWAY NOW!" I still tipped the waitress over the 20% of the bill as we understood this is a new thing to them and that it wasn't her fault the "Owner" handled it very poorly. BTW..don't order the all you can eat fish fry on friday nights, unless you plan to eat the fish dry after the first few pieces. They hit you up an extra charge for every additional container of tarter sauce which holds about 2 tablespoons. The food is ok to good, but the service of the management/owner leave A LOT to be desired! Response to the owner's response: You took it only after I refused to let you refuse to take it. Your snarky attitude is what the problem was. And don't put the blame on local flavor. You must have signed up with them to sell your coupons. I highly doubt you would allow them to hand out coupons for your business without being involved in the process. And again, you lied. There is no where on local flavor that states you were not taking coupons at this time. States "dine in". And that's what we did. I'm sure this won't end here. I'm sure with your vast knowledge of people skills, you will have to respond and get the last word. Cheers to you too, and have a...

Been going to this location 2-4 times a month for the last 10yrs. The food is always tremendous and the service is mostly solid as well. Sadly, that was until last night. Arrived and found a table on the patio at 7:05pm, where I proceeded to sit for 20min before even seeing a water, and then another 10min before seeing a beer and an order placed. Sure it was a Saturday night, and yes moderately busy, but I counted at least 4-5 different servers handling outside tables so lack of staffing was not the issue here. The issue I saw were the dead trips the servers were making. After asking 2 different servers for a water, I watched them walk inside and back outside with nothing in their hands? When it's busy, it's not the best of looks to watch your servers walking around with nothing in their hands? Fortunately, their lovely Cajun Chicken Pasta arrived within 10min of ordering as the kitchen staff gets it, and the guy running the food was literally running and always had something in his hands which is what one is supposed to do when it's busy. The food was solid as always and I was just going to chalk it up as an off night and have a few drinks, but that was until I waited another 10min to get a water refill. My friend and I decided to go have drinks elsewhere so canceled the drinks and asked for the check which took another 20min to bring and process. Not sure what brought all this on tonight, but to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Not only does it feel like my business was not appreciated, it almost felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by wanting to eat and drink there.

I hope this issue gets addressed with the staff before the next time I decide to spend my hard earned money at this...

Just came from this establishment. The bartender/waitress (Sue B.) was VERY rude to me and my husband but was EXTREMELY pleasant and attentive to all the other customers. She even went out of her way to have conversations with those that were NOT sitting at the bar. I'm guessing our skin color was NOT to her liking. Will NEVER return and will NOT be recommending for any future work gatherings. RESPONDING TO THE INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS FROM OWNER...Just to make it CLEAR I nor my husband ASSUMED Sue B. was being rude. She WAS EXTREMELY rude. I can careless about her having conversations with other customers but to be clear the other customers were not of the same skin color as my husband and I. The problem with that was the lack of RESPECT and disregard she had towards us. She didn't even have the courtesy to ask us if our meals were ok yet she had time for chitchat. She was NOT welcoming to us when we sat and didn't offer us menu's. When she finally took our order we had to get her attention and even then made no eye contact with us. She was RUDE and YES it was racial. She made the same DISGUSTED facial expression when one of your Non-white employees and her accidentally brushed against each other as he was checking the temperatures from the A/C vents. And since you wanted to go there. It was also VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL for another employee to have conversations with friends about sexual enuebdoes on Tiktok. DON'T EVER tell a customer they are ASSUMING an employee is being rude because of their race. That just showed...
