Update- I did contact smoothie king feedback and received no response at all whatsoever!
If I could leave negative stars, I would! Drive thru line was very long, about 6 cars, so I parked and went in- right up to the desk and ordered. Went to the other side of the counter to wait. 7 people came in after me and ordered. About 10 minutes after I ordered, the girl calls a name. Itās the guy who had ordered last! Even he looked surprised, as there were the rest of us waiting. But ok, not s huge deal. Then, slowly, the rest of the orders came in backwards as to how we ordered, until it was just me. Ok⦠then nothing. The one girl was cleaning the blenders, the other lady was working drive thru. No one even acknowledges me standing there. So I said, is my smoothie going to be ready soon? I ordered before all those people and I still havenāt gotten mine. I wasnāt rude, I had just stated it. I understand they were short staffed. But STILL, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME!!! As if I was just standing there for nothing! So again I asked a little louder- same as before. The girl that originally rang me up says, what was the name on the order? , I said Jennifer. She looks and canāt find mine. So the other lady comes over and looks and says, really rudely, thereās a Jen. I said ok, she probably shortened it, and then said is it the XXXX smoothie? No response, she just starts making it. Then she says to the other girl, āyou need to make these in the order they come in so we donāt have to deal with people like this.ā Um what?? I said, people like this? Iāve been waiting nearly a half hour for my order and no even said anything to me! I waited patiently until all the other orders were filled and then you both started doing other things. She said we donāt need your attitude. Trust me, I was being much nicer than I wanted to be. I really was trying not to snap⦠I understand they were short staffed, I understand the other girl was new and learning, but just because of those things, that doesnāt give you the right to talk to me that way. I asked if she was the manager- she said yes. I said Iād like your corporate number. She said, āGoogle it!ā All I said after that was that I really canāt believe she thinks itās ok to talk to someone that way. And she says, everything is being taped and recorded right now. Okay?!?!ā¦. And?!?! I said nothing that shouldnāt have been said- not sure what she was trying to portray by saying that. I would have just left, had I not already paid for my smoothie. There was a customer that had went through the drive thru and apparently got the wrong order, so they had to park and come in⦠and she was waiting a very long time, after Iām sure she had sat in the drive thru line for a long time before that. Iām a fan of Smoothie King, but I will never be back at this location. They should be ashamed of the way this location is being run and how customers are being treated! Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter sitting from 11:19 am to 11:54 am with only 4 cars ahead of me I finally made it to the window. I gave the girl my credit card to pay for 2 smoothies. After sitting at the window an additional 10 minutes the girl at the window issues me 1 smoothie and I asked her about my second smoothie. She asks "what other smoothie?" I told her I paid for 2 smoothies. It's on the receipt. I tried everything in my power to stay calm, but after another 15 minutes of waiting I started honking my horn to get someone's attention. The lady finally gives my my second smoothie at 12:24. A damn hour for 2 smoothies!!! I wanted to snap on her and the only reason I didn't say a word to her was because she was pregnant, but I'm sure the look I gave her said it all.
They are definitely the worst when it comes to customer service. I had at least 6 cars behind me and they all just left. I guess they got tired of waiting. When I finally made it to the window there was a car sitting in front. I'm sure they asked him to pull up and wait for them to bring it out. He was sitting in the same spot when I first arrived a the speaker to place my order. He was waiting a long time for someone to bring out his drinks. They never did. Finally, while I'm waiting at the window I see this guy get out of his car and go inside to see what was taking so long. It took them about 10 minutes to make this guy's smoothies before he could leave. He had to be there over an hour if it took me an hour.
I understand this is a new location, but there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for any business to be ran this poorly! If I can give it minus 5 stars I would. The managers of this business should be...
