McDonald's — Restaurant in Joliet

Went yesterday 12-1-2023 to buy dinner because my kids wanted some. As I was waiting in line for my order a men approached the window and ask to buy a pop the refuse to take his order even though there were no guest on the line I felt so bad that the young boy in the drive threw could have such a Christmas spirt so I waited for my order stop my car in the second window step out of my car and gave the men my coke ceo corporate what is going on with the spirt if Macdonald we’re is your humble side why are we not able to buy a drink threw a drive threw if your door are lock so people walk to your business and you refuse them for not having a car remember Macdonald we would not be eating your poison food but with out customer you have no business so next time have a Christmas spirt and know how to treat a customer on your Macdonald so sad n disrespectful and disappointed on Macdonald you are just a fast food restaurant people and this youngster need to learn the value of customer service retail

P.s. you are our last resort to eat but your are the only restaurants that stay open til 11:00 n this is why I got Macdonald but if I could of I would of dine in in a restaurant with my kids but once again thank for the experience of not going here no more

Decided to pass by and get an ice cream cone and notice that as I was licking that comb a hair up here, I haven’t came since Christmas of the accident that happened, but since I was around the neighborhood, try to give it a second chance. No I believe that they should be wearing nets for the hair I believe that they should be wearing gloves because they’re touching the bags and I believe they should be wearing a mask too because they sneeze and cough on our food. I think it’s time for a health department to go to each and everyone of McDonald’s to make sure that their ice cream machines are being clean every day I know that it is hardto clean the machine and put it back together but when you guys apply for a job, they specify what they need for you to do. The place looks nice but service sucks. 1st time I went in about a month ago, I ordered 2 egg Mcmuffin, asked for no meat. I get to the car and both Muffins had sausage. I go back in and spend 5 minutes arguing with old lady at the register before they agreed to fix it and get me the right order. Today I went in, same lady at register I ordered 1 egg mcmuffin with 2 eggs and 2 cheese but no meat. 10 minutes later (mind you they were not busy) I see her arguing with the guy who cant speak English who was making the food. Finally I get my order and it's a mess. The eggs are busted and thrown back on the muffin and only 1 slice of cheese, the sandwich was such a mess I threw it in the trash and left because I didn't want to deal with their horrible attitude. Time for McDonalds to start paying better and hiring people who can do the job right. I am sure many people get their orders botched up but don't post reviews. I really hate to leave negative reviews on any business but this location is not good at all. Everytime we have gone our orders are wrong and food is basically tossed out the window to us even after I ask to make sure we got correct food and drinks. The last visit I actually got a bigmac with 1 patty and 2 buns and my kids were missing half a happy meal. I called and a manager Erica said she would replace entire order and would write our name in a book. Well wouldn't you know, when I called before I came in to get the replacement order, Erica is no longer at that location and my name is no where to be found even before I told the gentleman on the phone my name and he could not replace the order. What a joke. I am fortunately not struggling so this $20 order does not hit my family where it hurts, but I did pay a number of times for food I never got or was totally wrong.
