Food was excellent! My wife had 1/4 of rib tips with kimchi. I got the Bulgogi Beef plate with kimchi and pickeld radish. I was extremely pleased with flavor of the meats. Too often you go to a BBQ place and all the meat tastes very similar or same. Not true here! Each meat had a very distinctly different seasoning.

Sauces were great between our two meals we had four different sauces. One we liked a lot more than the others and I totally forgot the names. Either way all the sauces were good.

Portions, for us, were perfect. Not too much, not too little. Meals are reasonably priced.

Atmosphere is nice. The dining area was clean and bright and fresh. Nice music in the background. When we went it wasn't ce very busy but there seemed to be a steady flow of patrons.

The menu is not huge, which I appreciate. I'd rather a restaurant do a few things very well than a lot items adequately. That being said there was enough on the menu so that there was plenty of variety.

Lastly, the "staff" we believe are all family and their care and pride come through in the service and meal.

Overall, we will definitely return to explore additional menu options! I'll probably get a rice bowl next time just to see what it's like.

We highly recommend K Ribs. If you're downtown for a show or looking for a new place in Joliet...

I must say, this was my first foray into Korean cuisine and I loved it. It was recommended by a friend who normally gets the bowl. He could not say enough about it. The bowl is a health portion of your choice of meat and seasonal vegetables. I got the BBQ plate. Meat on a bed of rice with two sides. There was a really good portion of meat on white rice. The two sides I got were the Korean slaw and something I will misspell. Both were VERY SPICY. I guess Korean food is spicy??? Amazing side spices. The spicy mayo calmed down the spice of the sides and I was able to enjoy it. They offer smoothies, though I did not get one. Staff was friendly and attentive. Especially since I could not pronounce the majority of the items on the menu. There is a decent amount of seating regardless of the time of day. I was there at noon and our party of nine had no troubles finding a spot to...

So my daughter and I went here for a little mom daughter date...she suggested it to me because we wanted to have a cute day out....and I had never been here. I AM SO BEYOND GLAD WE DID! What an amazing experience. So very peaceful. The ambiance is PERFECT. WE got the spicey pork and a strawberry bubble tea, and a latte. 10000/10 FOR EVERYTHING! The service is unbeatable. The lady and her mom run this spectacular hidden gem...and EVERYBODY should go here! And for those who are like me...THE BATHROOMS ARE SPOTLESS...the tables are immaculant...and there isn't one crumb on the floor! Clean! Spectacular! The food is amazing. I would recommend over and over to everyone. If you're looking for a cute little hidden gem...PLEASE...

The food and service were both excellent. I had a full slab of ribs, and my wife had the Bulgogi beef plate. I really like ribs, and I'd put these in my top 5. They serve them dry and delicious, you can add sauce. They had a soy garlic which I liked the most. Their mild bbq sauce was excellent, because most places make their sauces to sweet. The Bulgogi beef was very tasty and the meat was tender, definitely would get it again, and will explore more on the menu next time. We also had bubble tea and a mango smoothie which are a great treat.

Food was overall really good. We got the bulgogi beef bowl with noodles and the spicy pork. Wanted the roll but they were all out. That was a bummer but good for them. Also tried the apple cider Boba. It was my first time ever trying so have nothing to compare that too. Good portions and flavorful. Only things I could complain about to be fully honest are the meat was quit fatty so if you're a texture person like me do not get the pork bowl and I wish it was a bit saucier. But besides that we were happy. There is parking in the back too.

Their menu is limited, but simple like In-N-OUT restaurant. We’ve tried their Japchae Bulgogi Beef and Japchae Spicy Buldak Chicken bowls, both delicious and fulfilling! I ordered their strawberry smoothie and added the popping boba. Super tasty and fun to drink! My husband tried their frappe and that was delicious as well! The ladies were a gem! They are very friendly and you can’t help, but smile. I would definitely come back, especially if they expand their menu because their bowl is that good and flavorful.
