Arby's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Worst experience in jonesboro. Very disrespectful girl at the window. After repeating the order 4 times in as many minutes, they managed to still screw up the order. The potato cakes were cold and burnt and were totally inedible, and they didn't give straws or napkins or sauce. They just threw our food in a bag, and it was cold. Then the same idiot girl doesn't know the difference between a man with a beard or she was trying to be funny. Just the ordering process alone after repeating it to her 4 times either she's genuinely an idiot or was working really hard to be one. It was so natural that it was hard to tell. Anyway, avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle, the disrespectful attitude, cold crappy food, and the money and time spent. Never again will we patronize this establishment. Seriously, it's the worst thing in jonesboro at this point. And there are a lot of bad places in jonesboro, I assure you. I am so grateful my special needs child wasn't with us to be disappointed and have a meltdown for 2 days...

The workers were not rude but exactly friendly either. We approached the ordering counter where the register is and where you have to be to see the menu. We had just started looking at the menu when someone came over and said "y'all can't order there, you'll have to come down here to order" indicating the area about 7 or 8 feet away at the end of the counter where the employees go through to go behind the counter. This also happened to be closer to where the driver through workers took orders and distributed food. I never noticed before, but it's a little difficult to place your order if you can't quickly look back at the menu if questions come up. This really exasperated the experience since the first 2 things we chose to order were not available. Once we finally got our order placed and received our food. We found 2 or 3 of the drinks at the fountain were out, so the selection there was limited too. The food was definitely not the best we have had from Arby's either. It will be a while before we go to this...

A little short handed, the guys at the guys doing all the work at make food and running the cash registers were great. Very courteous. The other two guys were hauling trash and smoking out back or something, while the other guys were working their tails off. Meanwhile they were being told to get hand soap in the mens bathroom and not listening very well. 20 minutes after i needed the soap the guy finally found time in his busy schedule of hauling out a bag of trash, he showed up with some soap. This was after being told about 3 times. I wished I new all the guys names, two of them needed fired and the other two needed a raise! Otherwise the food was good and the place was clean, and considering that two guys were doing the work of four, the service was quick. Kudos to people who know how to work hard and make up for the slackers! Would have been five...
