Bubblee Tea Boba Shop — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I normally don't leave reviews about places, even if I do have a bad experience with them, but I feel like I've had to do so for bubblee because I've had bad experiences at ALL THREE LOCATIONS. And it's very upsetting because they used to serve very well up until recently.

At the Parker location, I came in an hour before closing, and asked for a waffle. The employee there was very stand offish and I could tell she just didn't want to make the waffle. So I just ordered a red bean milk tea and went on about my day.

At the Main Street location, I came in a few hours before closing and also asked for a waffle and the employee said that "they didn't have any pre-made waffles." which confused me because I've had the waffles before (at the Parker location anyways) and I had seen the employees make the waffles when the customer ordered one. I didn't argue and asked for a sakura matcha boba and they said they were out of the ingredients. I asked for a taro milk tea and they also said they were out. It seems this is an issue they have that they almost never keep ingredients in stock.

At the Paragould location I asked for a Korean corn dog and I was very surprised to hear the employee using a microwave to heat it up because at the Parker location, I don't believe they used a microwave (but i could be misremembering). Either way, the corn dog was a bit soggy.

I don't know why service at all three bubblees have been so lackluster recently, but I do hope they improve. I really liked bubblee but these experiences just did not sit well with me. Other than that, the food and drinks are actually pretty good except for that one time I got the...

I am reaching out to you to let you know the experience that myself , my daughter and granddaughter just experienced at your Caraway location. This was our 1st time to try your Teas and your bubble waffle. We were excited to go for my granddaughter birthday. The girl working didn’t even say hello as we walked in, we proceeded to tell her we have never been there before and she didn’t even care or recommend anything. We were looking at the food menu and she told us she doesn’t cook. So we then ordered the banana and strawberry bubble waffle and she said she didn’t have bananas. We said ok we will take it with just strawberries. Then when we got it she didn’t even put strawberries on it. She was in no hurry to make our drinks and Korean corn dog. When we got the tea and proceeded to pop the top to put the straw in it the cup busted on the side and was leaking. I quickly took it to the counter and asked her to put it in another cup she slowly walked over as the tea was leaking all over and instead of putting into a new cup she just place the broken cup into another cup and gave it back so the tea still leaked underneath it. I ordered some ice cream and asked which topping they had and she said we have a lot. And I had to ask her to tell me which topping otherwise she wasn’t going to tell me. I really want to love this place because the first couple times a year or so ago, it was amazing. But the past handful of times that I've gone, it's been so inconsistent. Specifically with the waffles and corndogs. For example, every time I get a waffle from there, the toppings and portion sizes are always different from the last. I remember the first couple times I got one of these, it was loaded with all the toppings shown in the pictures and lots of ice cream, but these last couple times, barely any ice cream, basically all whipped cream and two pocky sticks and that was it (it was meant to be the chocolate chip cookie one). With the corn dogs, sometimes they're great like in pictures, and other times they're super tiny and almost shriveled. I also notice that every single time I've gone, they've been out of lots of things, whether it's certain toppings, ice cream flavors or boba flavors, and I know I'm not the only one with that experience.
