If I could give them a -1 I would! Horrible service! It took 2 1/2 hours to get our order then it was brought to the table wrong. The waitress could not even remember what was ordered, nor did she understand what was on the menu! Our waitress never brought tickets had to ask for them. Then sat down at the table in front of us while supposedly taking a order. But what was more like it was a table of women her age that she talked to for over 15 minutes while we were waiting to just get out of the establishment! The Asst Manager Eric Pennington offered to help and then was rude by stating I was wrong about the waitress in the most childish voice tilt's his head sideways and says "Um no Ma'am she is actually taking a order" Then offered to help. As I was speaking to someone else he must have thought I said something to him and responds with " I am trying to help you but you are being impatient" . After we just waited 2 1/2 hours for WINGS! Then he hands me a receipt while trying to ask him what this is he turns to me in a very rude statement and says you ASKED for the ticket on the table. Of course I handed him my ticket and debit card as he was leaving the table. Explained I had no idea who's ticket this was because it had alcoholic beverages on it and no one at our table was drinking. THEN he charges my card for the wrong amount, and had to void the transaction. That was Saturday I still do not have my money back on my account from where THEY charged it all wrong! All the time a employee and several customers were standing there with me stun at his very UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. Called the General Manager today Jeff Pollard who did not have a clue how to help me get the Authorization hold off of the charge. Stated he would call me back that was over 6 hours ago no return phone call! I had to call the President of my bank to fix their screw up! Needless to say I was there for a tournament with 30 to 40 other people and will be back to town several more times over the next year. But I assure you we will not step foot into this facility ever again. Buffalo Wild Wings this is the worst...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called today at 11:00 to tell the workers that I was bringing a school group of 25-30 students. I did this out of courtesy because I didn't want them to be "slammed". I also informed the lady who answered that we were going to come into town to attend the play at ASU, which started at 7:30, and we would arrive between 5:45 and 6:00. She replied, "Ok. I will let them know!" So I think, "Ok. We are covered. We will have at least an hour to eat." I was sooo wrong! When we walked in, the front room was empty, so I told the waitresses that I had called, so they set up tables for us. Then they took our drink orders, and 10-15 mins later, they took our food orders. And we waited, and waited, and waited, and at 7:05, they began bringing out food. Mind you, they didn't bring OUR food; they brought out the food of the people who came in AFTER us! Yep! That's what I said! Then as time kept passing quickly, they come out and say, "Someone else got your food." They had 2, yes 2 waitresses covering our whole group! No manager on site, unless he or she was hiding or just a poor manager. I don't understand why there would be a communication breakdown. A great worker would have either contacted the night manager, or at least left a message for the evening crew. The waitresses did the best they could; however, one thing that could have been done is the checks could have been given out to us sooner. We were on a timed schedule. I will not return to this establishment, nor will I ever bring a group of students back here again. Because of "no communication" of the lady who answered the phone today, we weren't able to get to the play before it started, and we have to wait until intermission (1 hour) to go into the auditorium. I am...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to complain at restaurants because I know every staff member is just trying to do their best. However, after an unsatisfactory conversation with the manager on the phone, I wanted to write a review about my experience so hopefully some confusing things about the menu could possibly be cleared up for future customers. I originally planned to place a to-go order for myself and a coworker, but since I was unable to add drinks to it I decided to dine in. We each wanted a $10 boneless wing combo which was listed on the online menu. I ordered mine to eat inside and I ordered hers to go. It took a while for me to get my food and when it arrived, it was cold. I didnāt say anything until I got my ticket, which stated that each meal was $23. I mentioned this to the waitress who informed me that I could only get the exact same meal to-go, and I could not eat it inside. I spoke to the manager just to make sure and he confirmed. Even though I did get one of the meals to go and it was still $23. This doesnāt make sense to me and I am thoroughly confused why I had to pay $46 for 2 $10 meals just because I did not get them to go. I just feel like that is very misleading to customers and I feel like I wasted my money. For that price I couldāve gone to a much nicer restaurant and actually had hot food. Charge whatever you like- I just donāt understand why the to-go menu would have different prices than the exact same items on the menu in the restaurant. I donāt blame the waitresses or the manager for this, but I am very disappointed in my experience today and I will...
