I went in yesterday to pick up a ring I had sized. Jesse waited on me and was very kind and helpful so I give Jesse 5 stars. However, the long gray haired manager was so rude I felt unwelcome and she talked to me as if I was trailer trash. I had intended to purchase 2 more items but after the way she talked to me, I decided I would never purchase another item in that store. I told her I was getting a very unwelcoming, bad vibe from her. Jesse offered to provide me with a ring sizer and it worked well for me and was very comfortable but I wanted one slightly longer for more comfort. She literally yelled, "it'll be too high on the shank!". However, Jesse provided one for me and it was far more comfortable. I never asked to look at anything, nor did they open a case for me to look at anything. By that time I only wanted my ring and to leave since my daughter was waiting in the car for me. Once I got my ring, for some reason she followed me to the door unbenownst to me, why I have no idea, but my daughter saw her and she stood there until we left as if I could have possibly stolen something. Further, not only did she follow me to the door, but stood at the door until we left the parking lot. Read moreMy experience was absolutely amazing! I went in to get my wedding rings looked at but I had lost my service contract, which probably is called something different now. My Husband bought it in '97, therefore Colby couldn't find it in the system, even after him chatting with someone online. Then Victoria stepped in to assist and she ended up chatting with the right person. They were able to pull up my ring purchase agreement and got me fixed up. Victoria and Colby made sure I had all of the info in my new pamphlet folder for the next time. I was there for at least an hour & half but it didn't bother me at all. The were consistent and willing to get me taken care of. I so appreciated the excellent customer service they provided. While waiting I got to chat with Ms. Marcia & Christina, whom I've known for many years. It was so great to see them again. So welcoming to see familiar faces. Then I met another employee on that day, named Deana. She was just as pleasant too. The five of them made me feel very comfortable the whole time and they didn't make me feel like just a number. Read moreI want to start off by saying the ladies at the Zales are so kind and understanding and this is more of a frustration towards Zales as a company than the Zales in Jonesboro. The manager was amazing and handled everything the best she could, and I appreciate them. However, I am a bit frustrated with my ring right now. I got engaged in December and was sized at Zales for a 5.5, so that’s the size of ring my fiance got me. However it was way too loose so I sent it to be resized. I resized it to a 5.25 because that’s what I was sized for again in store, but when I received my ring after it being gone for three weeks for its resizing, it is still too big still. I don’t want to send it back out to get resized a second time, just for it to be gone another three weeks.
