Horrible service tonight usually I have ok service here seeing I order online. Unfortunately tonight someone called over the phone from another state to place a order on for me and my unborn to eat. Before giving them her card information she asked “I’m not in the same state but I’m purchasing her food is this okay?” The response she got was “yes” and they proceeded with the order. Ok now time for delivery right. And the guy says there isn’t anyone home. Which clearly I’m home my house is just dark with each and every window open because hey I won’t have any power until tomorrow. He calls her and is immediately rude to her. When he first shouldn’t have jumped to conclusions with a nasty attitude and proceeded to knock on the door. Not sure what all took place but once she told me the 2 pizza’s, soda, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were being returned I immediately called dominos to speak with someone. A fella answered the phone and stated she was already speaking with a manager. Ok fine cool so I’m like okay I’ll just wait around for the pizza to return seeing I’m from out of state with no transportation at the time. After a while I’m like let me text her no one has arrived she sends me a screenshot of a number and I’m like no that isn’t the number she said that’s the number called me. Ok I call the number me: yes hello is this dominos?” Delivery driver: Nawh this ain’t dominos but they got a number though click now I’m highly upset that a delivery driver would give such horrible customer service and mostly at the company to allow someone with this type of attitude to represent their company. I proceeded to call the dominos and without any enthusiasm whatsoever the manager answer the phone with their quote. Me: yes, may I speak to a manager please?” Her: this is the manager. Me: okay hi, my name is Dernisha and I just had a order called in etc, etc, etc. Manager: yes that may have been my delivery driver I will have a talk with him. We proceeded to discuss what’s going on with my order and will I get it. She explained that it is companies policy to I.d. Every customer that orders pizza from their establishment. Now although this may be policy I’m not sure I’ve ordered from here personally myself and never have I been I.d. Which I explained to her. She proceeded to say well that may have been that ONE time. Assuming I’ve only ordered pizza from their company once. I then explained no ma’am it wasn’t just once your drivers have never asked me from identification and I’ve ordered multiple times from your establishment and many other dominos. She asked me what was the drivers name who had done this because she knows they card. Well I wouldn’t know because they never give their names just “hi you ordered dominos” if that. And for two you cannot know that your drivers card anyone because you aren’t there with them. Last I check it wasn’t a question on the survey either. I’m also calling cooperate to make a complaint about this. No driver is going to ride around and give horrible service to customers and think it’s okay. And two she called to ask the question about card policy before even placing her order and was told that was allowed. With that being said our order should have been honored either way and once you were told there isn’t any transportation another driver should have been able to deliver my pizza. Simply because cshe called and asked even before...

Read moreI usually visit this location only because it’s the closest pizza place near my house. My food is normally hot but from time to time it’s burnt. The flavor is bland but don’t expect a whole lot from a 7.99 pizza. Anyway this rating is for customer service. So every time I visit this location I notice how under staffed they are so I took it upon myself to apply so I can help my community because it’s clear they are in need of saving. I am employed full time making a pretty decent amount in this economy so this is really not a job I need but I do have a shopping habit and want extra money versus wasted time. Well I put in my app and called the following day (today) I was very professional because 1: I want a job conveniently placed down the street, and 2: i gave them the attitude I would want in return. A guy answered and when I asked if the manager was available he quickly asked if it was about a job. Note to this guy: why in the hell does it matter what I’m calling for if your pay grade don’t entitle you to ask that question? I was already on 8 just by hearing this. So some lady answered after that I could just tell by her tone that what ever her title was given not earned. I was told the hiring manager would be in tomorrow and when I said ok thank you she just hung up the phone. I’m on 10. Now what bothered me most was YOU NEED HELP, why not ask my contact information if you’re an assistant? It took a lot to not call back to ask if she is aware of their google reviews and that having good customer service will make others a little bit comfortable supporting your business. I would never work for this company. My time is valuable and that was a clear indicator that I won’t be valued there. I feel sorry for the general manager for this location to have to deal with black people behaving as if they don’t need employment. Note to business: I will gladly train your staff on etiquette and customer service. It’s despicable and...
