So after months of not ordering from this store, I made an order today. The order was made incorrectly once again. And so I called the store. I let them know what was missing and asked for them to remake the order. And they could have this one back because I had only taken two bites out of one half. The guy on the phone immediately says no and begans saying that they've had so many complaints (this is accurate) from my address that he was told to no longer make orders with my address. He also said that I should be glad I got anything and the order was made correcrly. All the items that were missing he said they weren't on my ticket. I litterally read from the ticket when I told him about this. He said I wasn't getting anything and hung up the phone. I called back and apprentally there was a shift change, I asked for the employees name so that I could take this to corporate. She said she didnt know who did that. Apprentally no one else at the store did either. So I got no name. I've had missing orders, orders arrive some 130 to 2 hours late, and orders made incorrectly. The last time was so bad the Gm or store manager gave me his number and a 100 dollar gift card. Even then they made the orders wrong, I reached out to him and got no reply this time. I sent videos to the Gm, describing the issue. The last time the same guy was the problem. My sandwich was remade without me telling her what I ordered. She made it 100 percent correctly... interesting right. I'm done with this store.. .the items listed on the receipt are amomg those the guy on the phone said were not selected on my ticket. I've ordered the same sandwich for the last year. Here's the craziest part about this, the Gm or store manager who ever he is, gave me his number and told me to call him for any problem I have. At the same time, he apprentally told his employees not to accept any of my orders. That speaks very loudly.. I cant be the only one experiencing this. Nothing ever comes from report anything. This guy litterally needs to be fired. It has always been the same guy. He always refuses to make it right. He litterally knows my address and my name, he said it as he answered the phone. But they expect me to believe this was an accident... they play alot of games here. The last order tasted extremely sour almost like warheads. The sandwiches have never tasted like that. I told the gm about it he said he watched the cameras and nothing funny happened. I was ignored after this. At this point I dont even trust this place. Read moreA few months ago I ordered a sandwich that was missing ingredients. Called and explained, the manager was nice and said he applied credit to my account. Next time I ordered they couldn't find anything. No big deal, things happen, I worked in retail a long time and understand that it isn't the highest priority and mistakes happen.
Tonight I ordered two sandwiches for myself, my wife, and two sandwiches for my daughters. The order arrived timely enough, however we were missing one of my daughter's sandwiches. I checked the receipt and it showed everything correctly except the line item for my wife and I was the same with the quantity 2, so at first glance it seemed like we only ordered 3 sandwiches.
My wife called, and they told her they would make another sandwich and have it on the way. I waited for a while, then we just ate and tried to share with our daughter, ended up making her a bagel. When I checked my phone I saw I had a missed call and returned the call. I'm not sure who I spoke to, probably the driver. He said he checked the receipt and was positive he loaded all the sandwiches. So at this point I'm a liar without him being explicit about it. I insisted I didn't have it, I don't have a chain of custody for a sandwich from point of origin to my door so whatever.
He then said, and I quote "Well I'm not sure what happened, but I'll bring that extra sandwich over in about 10 or 15 minutes."
Extra.
Extra sandwich.
I really appreciate the customer service guys. Last order I'll make. We even tipped 20%. I know in the last two years I've only spent 844.99 at this store (on one card at least) so I'm not a big fish or anything, but from someone that works in customer service you should recognize deliveries and addresses and if in 2 years there's only been two complaints you should probably assume that I'm not trying to get a kids sandwich for free. I just wanted my 7 year old who absolutely loves your sandwiches to have one.

Now that's just not something I expect from jimmy John's. My service has always been above and beyond from this franchise. I even been to locations that come so fast I'd swear it was made in the car on the way over. But not here. Now I've never called and complained I just eat what I was given and let it go.
