Original review: 1 ⭐️ (September 2022) The absolute WORST location we’ve experienced, ever! We’ve been going to this location (Southwest/Highland Drive in Jonesboro, AR) for years & it’s never been as bad as it is now! The employees used to be much nicer! They still got our orders wrong sometimes but they were at least nice about it when you got it fixed. Now, the drive thru employees are flat out RUDE! Most of the employees I’ve had to deal with in there now act like they don’t want to work, they aren’t nice, idk if they can’t or won’t smile, the language amongst other employees is horrible & our orders are wrong 99% of the time. They’re not ALWAYS wrong but only bc we go through to get drinks sometimes! I had a pretty bad ordeal with them last night and while trying to get the order corrected, one employee took my receipt & never gave it back. Pretty sure that’s a tactic they use with unhappy customers to avoid bad feedback, unless you happen to notice and/or remember to get it back from them. But it doesn’t stop you from calling corporate if the need arises! There were 4 people who worked last night that were VERY rude to us after we tried to get our order corrected. One even told us to “have a nice d@mn night!” before he shut the window on us & walked away. Superior customer service at its best! 🙄 HOWEVER, there are SOME people that work in there, mostly at the front/register that are actually nice and helpful!
EDIT: this review was originally made 11 months ago. As of now (July 2023), there seems to be a few new employees since my original review so they can’t be included with that feedback. There are some nicer people working there now, as far as my own experiences have been lately. Our orders have been right more often so I’m very thankful for that! For that reason, I’ve updated the rating from a 1 to 4 stars. Hopefully it doesn’t start to get bad again though.🤞 If things do start reverting back to before then I’ll be back for...

I want to Thank The Management at McDonald's Store #7191 located at 111 E Highland here in Jonesboro Arkansas as they saved me from a precarious situation I was in, I needed to use the restroom in an emergency and the Starbucks next door to this site refused me even though I was happy to buy product from them after resolving my situation (medical side effects from VA Medication were the cause of my predicament)
The management at this McDonald's went above and beyond to help me in my time of great need, I want to Thank them all again with this amazing review, They were extremely kind and considerate of my situation Unlike their Neighbor Starbucks.
This McDonald's Cares for its customers and is a shining beacon of kindness which is demonstrated by its staff and management, and to Corporate when you see this review Please give everyone at this site a raise as they definitely all deserve it. God bless you all and Thank you all again ps the breakfast was Delicious (I highly recommend their Sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo meals I purchased)

Read moreI used to be a fan of this location, but I'm the last few weeks the night crew ladies have been so rude it's unreal. While assisting in a doordash with a friend, we stopped at the first window and repeated to the girl that we had a DD order, she told us to proceed to the second widow. Upon arriving at the second widow, we were told by another woman that the woman at the first widow didn't inform them of our order, so it wasn't bagged and ready yet, so we were instructed to proceed to the third widow to wait. After 15 minutes with no one bringing the order, we called the store and the female bought shift manager answered. I politely explained that we had been waiting over 15 minutes for our order and still hadn't received it. She proceed to scream at us that we should have stopped at the first widow and TOLD them of our order, not just pulled up expecting it. I politely tried explaining that we had stopped at BOTH windows before that and been instructed to proceed to our current location, and she hung up on me! The gentleman in the night crew have been very polite, but the manager and other ladies working the windows have behaved this way on MULTIPLE occasions.
