Update 8/20/25: Ouch, rough experience this evening. Used the mobile app, got there at the right time (when the app said it would be ready), and they hadn't even started on the order. They asked my name and what I got, and then said they would start getting it ready. I pulled into one of the slots to wait, and the kids meal was without anything but the chicken and fries (missing banana, drink, and Dilly bar), and there was no marinara with the cheese curds, even after I had asked at the window to make sure. I hate to have to send anybody back inside to get more items, but the nice girl had to go back in about four times. The mobile order said sugar-free Dilly bar, but it was the regular one. She was very nice, and she said she was happy to get everything I needed. No complaint on personnel, but after years of always having my order correct, this was a bad experience. I'm HOPING it's a one-off. Anyone can have a bad night.

Update Jan 2025-- STILL great! Food is always hot and fresh, staff is always so nice, I don't believe they've ever gotten my order wrong, and their dining area is clean! Drive-thru is fast! We eat here about once a week, and they never disappoint.

Staff is always VERY friendly and has a Yes! attitude, which is greatly appreciated. Food is hot and tasty and at a good price point. Parking lot entrance is wonky so be careful! Blizzards are tasty and come in creative,...

Franchise owner personally reached out to make everything right! To the point of having a cake delivered personally to our home within 3 hours of the original pickup time. Thank you, Andy!

No stars if it was possible! Ordered an ice cream cake 4 days in advance. Even showed up an hour past pick up time to be told that “the cake maker just forgot to make it”. Nothing was offered to make up for the error. I now have a very disappointed pregnant wife who won’t have her requested ice cream cake for her...

So, my daughter had her third birthday recently! She absolutely loves fishing and Peppa pig. We placed an order here for an ice cream cake and made a special request to have peppa pig and fishing. The people here did an amazing job!! Especially for the price! The fish looked more like a fish but my son stuck his fingers in it before the picture. Highly recommend this store! We expected to pay more for a cheap plastic one time use toy. Really made her day so much more special....
