Ordered online after calling and asking if I could substitute the fried chicken for grilled due to a dietary restriction. The employee took my name and said they would substitute...it went down hill from there. I went thru the drive-thru and was told to come in to pick up... not a problem. And here is where the show begins. Employee finally arrived at register and never spoke a word, I told employee I was there to pick up order and gave name. Employee could not find my order and ask another female employee. She brought a box and asked me to look into box because she didn't have gloves on. Well... I looked and it was grilled chicken but looked very dry and old. I showed the employee and she stated it looked awful and would have them drop me more chicken that was fresh. A few minutes later she stated that there was nobody in store that was able to cook my chicken... I was dumbfounded but ok... I said I guess just refund me then, it's fine. She explained she couldn't do that either they weren't able and I would need to go on app. I explained I don't have the app.. another employee came up... for the record. His pants were literally belted around his knees, he was ridiculous... anyway... he said the chicken I was given looked that way because it was cooked in the morning and it's now 6pm. Wth!!!I said you literally just admitted to serving me chicken more than 6 to 8 hours old!! Yep... he said . I said I just want my refund, he was talking fast and ignoring me, very rude. Called his boss named Tammy and she also said no refund. But would have them cook me fresh... I explained to her that her employee claimed nobody in the store was able to cook the chicken... the employee ended up walking in back , came back with a 10.00 bill and said here is your money and walked away.... it was insane, rude, just sad. I work in food service, this is EVERYTHING that I train my employees not to be... again I am...

After sitting another 10 minutes we pulled around to the pick up window. Not a soul was in sight. Wife called the store, shockingly someone answered. They came to the window and said their beeper didn't go off... after taking our order 15 minutes earlier. So she asked our order, confirmed it had been put in, and said "they ain't but two of us here" and she proceeded to disappear.
