edit 9/24/25 Today i went and i was told the system was down because of the rain and they can't take orders. This has happened one other time about a month ago. I pulled into the drive-thru at about 8:30 p.m. and I stayed there for a long time. Finally, some employees who were outside in the parking lot smoking and talking yelled to me that the system was down and they couldn't take orders. How does this location stay in business if their system is always down and they can't take orders? This happened two other times but it was shortly after it was sold to the current owners. So I figured it was just some glitches in changing ownership. But it continues to happen, seems to me they should update their system, the management/ownership or the employees. This location is poorly managed. edit no paper towels in bathroom, no Dr. Pepper in machine and the employees (i think it was the manager- a heavyset, short woman with a grey shirt. Her shirt was different than everybody else's) acted annoyed when i told her each of these things.*
This is the better Taco Bell. I don't go to the one on Parker Rd that much so i can't comment on that one. But this one is better than Caraway, much faster service and they get you through the drive-thru line quicker. Once you are at the intercom they tend to you quickly. The people taking orders at the drive threw never ask to take your order and when they do their rude as heck and it is after you've been sitting there forever . Today we sat In front of the speaker waiting on someone to take our order and then after waiting for ten maybe fifteen minutes someone came over the speaker and was very rude And then didn't even take our order . We tried going to the Window to place a order but the line didnt move for another 20 minutes so we drove off . Everytime we go threw the drive threw the person taking orders is always rude , the food is always old and very messy often times cold and our orders are never correct. I tried calling their corporate office today but it doesn't open until Monday. But I will be calling monday because something needs to be done or They need to shut this place down . We could not hear what they were saying over the speaker, so we asked politely for her to confirm our order when we got to the window, and she seemed as if it was the worst thing to ask…in the middle of us talking, she let the window close and just started at us. She did thankfully open the window back up. She did indeed not truly confirm our order. then she threw my card in my food bag and handed it to me. Then she proceeded to give me the wrong receipt and told me the total was $16, but charged me $24 dollars on my card. Then she rudely slammed the window as we drove away.
