I have been a client of Evelyn’s for a little while now and she has this coupon where once you get 7 fills your 7th one is free. I had an appointment scheduled since i had got my last fill, and i was coming in on my 7th one. The time was scheduled 3:30, Evelyn texted me around 2:45 asking to come in later because she was behind on a client. I said I could do 4:30, got there at 4:20 when she texted me asking if we could do it Friday because she wasn’t finished. I told her I worked Friday after class and asked if there was anyway she could it today or Saturday. I never got a response and was left on read. I understand things happen, but the least I could’ve gotten was a response. Guess she didn’t want to work for free....

I came in to get highlights from Evelyn. I paid 130 for a highlight touch up. The front of my hair lifted orange. I reached Out to her and after a couple days was able to come in to get it fixed. I never thought i was going to be charged to correct a service i did not receive but already paid for. So after she pit brown on my roots which there was no choice due to the orange color, i was charged 60$ for that new color.
