I wish I could rate this place zero stars. This is the worst experience I received in a while. I will not ever come back to this location because they wasted my time and thought it was funny. I ordered my phone at the speaker and repeated it just to verify. The team member who took my order was very polite. However, when I got my food, instead of checking it, I pulled off hoping they had got everything right because I repeated it back into the speak and the team member verified. The food was wrong and cold. So I turned around and went back to the window. Instead of Yolonda the Shift manager coming to help me at the window, she kept sending team members who thought the situation was funny. After handing my the food the second time it was still wrong. I had a classic combo no tomato well done add cheese. After they messed it up the second time, I asked to speak to Yolonda. She then came to the window with attitude and said she had made my sandwich. I was explaining to her how I felt my time was being wasted cause my order was wrong twice and she cut me off to say, what did I want for free. That was the most disrespectful thing she could have done. I came to your establishment and spent $22.00 I wasn’t looking for anything free. So I asked for the store managers and district managers info. When I got the information I left only to find out the sandwich was wrong again. It had a spicy chicken filet on it. Now you can see why I will never return to this location. Absolutely horrible service. To Yolonda, you are in the customer service business. You should understand that. The first thing you should’ve been taught as a shift leader is how to lead your shift and satisfy your guest. Every guest don’t just want something free. Also get a grip on your team. Read moreWe were able to place our order quickly although the woman working drive-through kept interrupting us while making out order then at the window she was just as rude taking the money when we were trying to get her to repeat the order back to make sure it was correct. The second lady at the second window and drive-thru was equally as rude and did not give us the sauces that we need for our meal and just tossed our food out the window at us. Both drive-thru workers made it very clear that they were not happy to be working during this time frame and treated us if we were bothering them by coming to the drive-through and making an order. Neither of the women working drive-through we're wearing gloves or masks or anything and made physical contact with me and my meals. I'm not sure if this was close to closing time or not but they were the worst. I tried to order baked potatoes and they said that they didn't have any and would not give me a enough time to find a second option for my daughter since she only eats the baked potatoes. Then on top of all of that my food was cold and it tasted horrible I really wish I would have just went home and made a sandwich or hot pocket or anything instead of wasting my money on this! Read moreHorrible service and food. I went on a Friday 3/11/22 night around 10pm and line was long which was fine as long as FOOD was fresh. Well it wasn't. I played order and asked for fresh food. Got fresh bun and cheese but dry Luke warm burger rubbery and floppy. 6 PC Nuggets were rubbery and room temp. Fries may have been freshest but still old taste like they cooked it within 8-10 mins. I came back in line immediately for refund. I was told by assistant Mgr Rachel (if that is her real name) they arent obligated to prepare my food to order and that store is not authorized to do refunds. I was redirected to see Donna in morning. The next day I called no Donna BUT same girl Rachel intercepted and directed me to speak with district Mgr Martha 770-65x-x563 no one answered. I spent almost $15 and didn't eat. I went to Checkers that same night and was able to get a burger fresh Cooked to order. I will be emailing the owner of this Wendy's because this was the worst experience EVER at a fast food restaurant.
