Edit: They actually called me after this post and offered to either refund me my money or make our sandwiches for another day. We opted for the sandwich on a different day which they graciously made with no problem at all. We absolutely love their sandwiches, so hopefully it was just a fluke issue with their phones. Next time we’ll call in or order or just walk in!!! 😊

The food is great but late last night, I placed an ASAP online order late yesterday evening (not realizing that they were closed) so they scheduled my order to be picked up at 10:30 am today. Idk who in this world wants to wake up early on a Sunday and go eat a sandwich but it’s literally not the time for it. So I immediately tried to cancel the order before they charged me. No one answered the phone. So I looked online for a place to cancel the order and was unable to do so. So I emailed the company TWICE and requested to cancel the order. I got no response. So when I called the company multiple times today during working hours to obtain a refund and ensure the order was cancelled, no one answered the phone. And since I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone, I’ll leave a public review. I don’t know what is going on over there but customers need to cancel orders and alter orders all the time. If you leave me with no means of communication then don’t expect my business anymore. As of right now I have a payment pending in my bank account for an order I do not have and do not want. If you can’t do the basic job of answering your telephone then I’d rather go to another restaurant that actually allows their customers to communicate with them. Five star restaurant. Don't belive me try it. I've been severally while forgetting to report was so good I getcsidetracked.get sidetracked. Delicious and thank you cus that's what I whant there for. This is actual review from local. Homeless not phoneless, I m not saying it takes a lot to impress me, I want in and out fast, the meatball for 13 $ provides 2 meals I don't have a fridge options limited but you can't beat the price, I'm not young been buying food a long time. Just get the large save half. I don't much care if you ever been homeless , going to take some talent to put together a sandwich like that fresh. And allot of cost. I'm not always homeless I live sometimes a normal life. If you want to call it that , I'm not on drugs alcoholic, got offered twice tonight. I would recommend supporting local charities. Got an amazing deal from my T-Mobile app for a hooking ladder medium buy one get one so that I got on my app downloaded it redeemed it made two separate totally different sandwiches. One with no tomato no onion no lettuce pretty simple no mayonnaise. The other one was no tomato no onion pretty simple. We live 20 minutes away and I feel pretty confident. They got to order right since it was online can’t really mess that up just reading no seem to screw up. Two sandwiches made both the same way even said the one without tomato and lettuce is on the bottom. Well, what’s the difference? They both had tomatoes and lettuce and onion on them one of them had no mustard I won’t ever be going back.
