As somebody who enjoys reviewing new restaurants. I would have to say my first visit was a horrible one. Today I went in due to a friend's birthday happening here and everything was good starting out the waitresses were very kind, however, the food and the service afterwards was an issue. I ordered a chopped steak. This comes with mushrooms And a choice of side. When I received my meal I took a picture of it. What I didn't realize was when I was about to eat it, within the sauce was a piece of plastic covered with sauce. As somebody who works within the healthcare system, I see many reasons for people to end up in the ER and for a piece of plastic about the size of a fingernail of your thumb is ridiculous. The fact that this was not even caught until I pointed it out to the waitress and not only that. The plastic was a sticker that had the writing of best if used by Friday. Today was Saturday. If I'm going to a place to eat out I want to have good fresh food, not food that is expired one day out. There was no follow-up. The waitress did not come back. Did not discuss what was going to happen after I pointed it out to her and left. It kind of just ruins the mood, especially when everybody else is enjoying their meal and you're just kind of there like why everybody's having their food and I'm over here debating if I should eat my food because this is like one day expired or not. I did ask to speak to a manager and the manager did discuss that the food was okay and that it was not expired and that it has the shelf life of 7 days. However, as a guest and seeing what I was presented with, how am I supposed to know this is just off of his own words or if this is real or not. The meal did become free however I did have to pay for My dessert. I really wish I could have gotten that for free too. Because my mood was ruined, everybody finished their food while I didn't really get to enjoy my food. Not only that, the check was wrong when I received it so I did point that out to the waitress to correct it. Overall I did not enjoy my visit unfortunately. I understand that we're human. We all make mistakes and nothing is perfect. However, the service should have been followed up correctly and in a timely order not having me to ask them.

I placed a to-go order on their website and picked it up. The order was 3-5 minutes "late" from their quoted pick up time, but admittedly it was 6 pm. (This location does not have dedicated pickup/to-go parking spots). I ordered a Caesar salad, creamed spinach, and the 12 oz ribeye with the shrimp add-on. The salad had a big tub of dressing and overall it had a good amount of shaved Parmesan. The creamed spinach was excellent. The steak was probably the kind of ribeye you can buy at a grocery store for $8. It was well seasoned and cooked properly. I did not eat the rice but the shrimp were good and seasoned properly as well. However if I had to place this order over again, I would skip the shrimp add-on and upgrade my ribeye to the Outlaw Ribeye, which I have had several times in their restaurants and it's clearly a much higher quality piece of meat. I got standard utensils - the fork was a little iffy - and they would really do well to include a toothpick or flosser in their to-go utensils. I guess that one tub is clarified butter, which I did not use.

We had the surf and turf appetizer which is a delicious melted cheese with blue crab and shrimp that was very good, for dinner I had the 18oz T-bone with asparagus and Charity had the sirloin steak and both were awesome. That's one thing you don't have to worry about is the flavor and how you like your steak cooked at Longhorns, mine was a very good medium cooked to perfection and with everything else I ordered i brought half of my steak home to eat tomorrow. Our waitress Megan did a awesome job and one thing I absolutely hate is waiting on my drink refill and I never waited a bit tonight. She was very kind, professional and did a outstanding job. No matter when or where I eat at Longhorns the things that are always consistent are the food, servers and atmosphere. If I'm wanting steak i go to Longhorns only. Thanks!

Bad service can be the results of a server having a bad day so when my mother-in-law requested Long Horn for a family event, I thought it would be a opportunity for the restaurant to redeem itself. I could've have been more wrong. My wife and I get there early since we had a party of eight and I knew they would have to set the tables up. Even though the restaurant was not even half full, we still had a 45 minute wait. Once seated, our waiter Josh did a good job getting our drink and dinner orders. It took another 30 minutes for our food to come out. My dinner companions were teasing me because I was the only one not eating steak (I choose Salmon), therefore I must have angered the chef. When I got my plate, I thought maybe they were on to something. My order, Salmon with a sweet bourbon glaze on rice, with a bake potato. Simple dish in which I have eaten numerous times. What I got was salmon laying in somewhat of a juice and no rice. When I brought this to my waiter's attention, he told me that they had ran out of rice. Our group was having a good time so I decided to just eat and let it go. I tried. I really did. My salmon did not have the bourbon glaze on it and since I have never known salmon to be a particularly juicy fish, I can not tell you what it was. My baked potato was so undercooked, it was crunchy. Josh did bring me asparagus to offset the rice so that became my meal. Everyone can make mistakes, but for a restaurant to ALLOW food such as this to leave the kitchen says volumes. Once, I can understand and accept. Twice, that's...

My mom and I got dinner with our friends tonight and the service we received was absolutely outstanding. We weren’t expecting to meet up with our friends, but we saw them and joined their table. This threw our lovely waitress off just a little, she came out and was greeted with extra people (surprise) . She was awesome regardless . I believe her name was Amber. There was some confusion on our food and our steaks got mixed up, no big deal whatsoever. My mom said quietly to our friends oh I think They gave me a 6oz instead of a 9oz oh well I’m hungry I don’t care. Not expecting what we were about to receive. A manager approached our table his name was Bobby not only did he fix the mistake he took care of our appetizer as well as our friends. Talk about great service, we didn’t have any complaints when the steaks were mixed up we just rolled with it, but Bobby heard the mix up wanted to fix the mistake that was made and make sure we were charged correctly. I have never in my life received such great service. The mix up was nobody’s fault it was just human error, but when it was greeted with such good service in return. I couldn’t not leave a raving review. Thank you both Amber and Bobby! You were both great and took great care...
