I brought in a few pieces of jewelry that needed repaired and the broken anklet and bracelet came back fine and have held up. I also had a ring with two diamonds missing that I needed replaced. When my ring came back I immediately noticed all of the prongs on all of the diamonds were much smaller than when I gave it to them. Within 3 weeks one of the diamonds he replaced had already fallen out again, and 1 week after that one more diamond that he did not replace fell out. So many of the prongs are damaged to the point it looks like they are not holding a diamond in place. Just be mindful of bringing in pieces with gemstones. The store manager was very kind customer and the pricing was affordable. They also have awesome auctions...

We walked into the store today and told Dan upfront we were not selling/buying anything. We just needed help sorting through several pieces of jewelry to help a family understand the value of these items. The pieces may need sold to help with the care of an elderly family member. Dan was professional and pleasant while examining items and explaining what he would value items at. All he asked for doing this was the opportunity to make an offer if we decided to sell them. This was by far the most positive experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. I will not hesitate to return to purchase, sell, or have items repaired...

I bought an engagement set and asked to have it resized which took 2 weeks. Okay, so not too bad. A stone fell out and took it in to have it replaced and another set resized also. 2 weeks passed and hadn't heard from them. My wife called and the guy said rudely he would call when he knew something. Okay, so 3 more weeks go by and no phone call. I called and asked if they had been resized and the stone replaced. He said no, they couldnt find the paint to match one of the rings and i would have to continue to wait or i could just come amd pick them up and go somewhere else. Very poor service, poor quality jewelery. Wont be going...
