So maybe because I'm rushed, maybe because I'm lazy, maybe because Jimmy John's sandwiches never disappoint.probably all three..but lately I find myself ordering from the app for lunch at work alot...my sandwich is always correct and delicious, and they're so fast that you will, indeed, freak...that is, until two days ago...noticed they were running a lil slow and lunchtime was fast approaching...no biggie though, stuff happens. Then, when the driver does arrive, she kinda sheepishly tells me that she's pretty sure she forgot to take the bread out of my sandwich.(that's an option, less bread in the middle, and I always order them sliced in half)...now, as I was about to go into my "hey, don't worry about it" spiel, she apologizes and explains she's the store manager..and she's having to deliver because she was down a driver that morning, and offers me a credit for a free sandwich on my next order! Now, I don't know about you but, I'm not the kinda person to turn down free food, especially not an 8 hour sandwich! So I accept and we decide that we'll just set up the same sandwich, same time the following day...and lo and behold, sandwich was there, correct, and at 1045 sharp! So I just wanna give a shout out to Maranda for taking charge with her excellent managerial and customer service skills, to her drivers and in store help who're always polite and expediant, and let everyone know that this store stands a lil above the others in town! Original post: Shame on you! Saying that a customer is out of your delivery area when you have delivered there many times before.
Even worse, both Jimmy John's managers going behind the scenes and calling each other to keep from delivering to said customer's house.
We used to love eating here... not any more.
By the way, word of mouth is a powerful tool... I was not the customer you did not deliver to, it was my daughter... my grand baby is very sick, and my daughter can't get out of the house to pick up a JJ order.
My 6 year old granddaughter was SO excited about JJ delivering again, since her mommy could not get out...and this lunch was supposed to help give them some encouragement and lift their spirits.

Pulled up to the drive through, told the person there that it was our first time at the restaurant, so it might take a few minutes. When I was finally ready to start ordering, I started to talk and was rudely interrupted by the employee and told by the employee that he was busy and I needed to wait. When he was finally ready, I started to order and chose my first sandwich meal. He asked if there was anything else, and I started to order my second sandwich when he rudely interrupted me again, telling me that I needed to finish the first order. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I understand that I did not finish ordering the first meal, but the employees need to work on their tone and their customer service.
