I’ve been a customer of this location for a long time. The last few visits I’ve not been greeted or treated like you should be treated when you come into an establishment. I believe when you walk into a shop / store, you should instantly be greeted. For example, “Good afternoon how are you today! How may I help you, if there’s anything I can help you with just let me know.” I believe every customer should be treated with the utmost respect. You have to remember the customers are the ones that keep the business in business. Moral of the story is that I was coming home from work & it was 10:50pm & McDonald’s closes at 11:00, I pull through the drivethur & I was told they were closed. I informed the young man that it was 10 till & he proceeded to inform me of the time & that they were closed..this is when I informed him that the time was 10:50pm, he then told me if HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT HE WOULD & then asked me what it was I wanted. I went ahead & ordered. When I came up to the window, NO ONE, greeted me. The young man I spoke to in the drive thru, IS A MANAGER!! He was extremely rude & short with me while I waited. I did speak to him in a kind manner & explained to him that when said establishment is to close at 11:00pm & it is 10:50pm it should be honored. I don’t wish anyone to lose their jobs, they just need to be A LOT MORE INVITING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, & should have proper management & ethics training. CUSTOMER...
Read moreOrdered on mobile app and selected drive thru since I was in a crew cab long bed work truck that is a little too big to be parking in a small McDonald's lot. After I got there about 10 mins after I ordered i assume they didn't even start making my food yet since they wanted me to pull into the smallest parking spot for pickup orders and wait after waiting in the drive thru. I explained to them why I ordered mobile and chose drive thru due to the size of my vehicle and they just seemed confused and told me to just pull into that spot after asking if they would make sure to put ketchup with my order. So after pulling into a spot half the size of my vehicle and blocking any traffic trying to drive passed the drive thru line I waited another 7-8mins for my food when they brought me out the wrong bag of food then when they finally did get my food out there wasn't any ketchup and my food was barely warm except my fries and they were cold and rubbery like they were not cooked the full length. Read moreLet me tell you a story about the sad cheeseburger. 😔 I was prompted by a young gentleman who asked me my order in the drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger, McChicken, and an ice tea. After I finished he was quiet for about 40 seconds and then apologized and asked me to repeat the whole order. Not a problem I did so but found it weird that he prompted me to give him my order and then forgot the whole thing. No worries. He got my order and it was correct. Now the lady that served me the sad cheeseburger was having an argument yesterday 7/30/2023 @ around 6 to 630ish with the gentleman that was taking my order. I can only imagine that my cheeseburger was collateral damage during this arguement. It was mangled when I received in the drive thru. It was deformed and squashed. I have pictures.
