The WORST costumer service. We went in there a couple months ago to purchase cabinets, gave them our drawing and our email and phone number for a quote. Never received a quote. We wanted to order flooring, but for the square footage we needed they were short a couple boxes. We asked if they could call their supplier and let us know the lee time on ordering and gave them our number so they could do it when they had some free time. Never called us back. Went to buy a vanity took us loading and unloading 3 vanities because all of them were busted or scratched up. We asked two separate employees for the accessories we needed for the vanity and we were told, “ They did not have anymore and could not order anymore because they were discontinued.” I went to the location on the shelf were they stocked all the other colors and found exactly what we needed. The product was damaged on ALL four corners and they only had one left. We asked if the store manager, Julie, would take money off the product for it being damaged and discontinued. As we don’t want to pay full price for a product that is damaged. Julie replied “I have another costumer that would love that and they have already bought their cabinets I just didn’t know we had that.” The prices are the very similar or the same as Lowes. Save yourself time and go to a store where they know the products in their store, will never sell you a damaged item at full price and where they don’t value one costumer...

We had been looking for solid wood kitchen cabinets and decided to stop in to check the cabinets out here. Trevor helped us and he was very informative. We actually came in several times in the next few days to get a floor plan that would work as well as the type of cabinets we wanted - something updated but still would work with my vintage kitchen hutch and vintage table & chairs.
