I’m trying this new thing in life where I leave positive reviews instead of wasting my time doing something else. Anyways, just went through the drive thru during the Saturday lunch rush and it was a great experience. Haven’t eaten it yet, but me not liking the food seems like a corporate problem that this franchise wouldn’t be able to do anything about anyways, but it def looks good! I only had a 15 second interaction at the window with Adriuanna (so sorry sis I know I butchered that spelling) was just really pleasant and thoughtful seeming and I just hope she has a nice day! She was just very friendly and kind which isn’t the type of experience you typically get from a drive thru at noon on a weekend. I hadn't been to this location in about 3 years but back 10 years ago or more I ate here every week, even brought my newborn in to show everyone that worked there back then because they were like family. This time though...we were at the counter for 4 minutes before we saw the face of an employee. They were back by the office with there backs turned talking to someone in the office. Food came out and was good but our order was incomplete. I went back up to get it corrected and after a few minutes I had to call out for someone to assist. The amosphere would have been 5 stars I'm sure but I was in the drive thru. It wasn't very busy so pulled in rather than fight traffic. The server was very friendly and polite. I had a ham and avocado (rather than turkey) sandwich and oh my lands it was delicious!!! The size of the thing would have normally been 2 meals for me but I had to finish it all. It reminded me of a little sandwich shop that I ordered that combination. The only thing missing was a few bean sprouts and the kosher dill slice on the side to be exact. I highly recommend stopping.
