Wendy's — Restaurant in Joplin

I love Wendy's I personally think they have the best burger options and new promotions than any other fast food burger joint I also like the way their burgers taste more so than say McDonald's or Burger King especially love their new bourbon bacon burger even more so when it's on a pretzel bun and I have extra sauce and usually it's a super easy process they don't ask any questions at this location they understand exactly what I mean when I say on a pretzel bun and extra sauce and just the sandwich not the meal so I was spoiled by this location for how good they have been to me at least in my experiences and usually people don't leave five star review at fast food places they don't even think about it but I had a not horrendous but asinine annoyingly frustrating experience at the rangeline Wendy's where it took almost 4 minutes for them to understand a single item customization of putting the bourbon bacon burger on a pretzel bun and having extra sauce and understanding that I wanted it to be a double which they usually ask themselves but did not anyway it lets me write a review for that Wendy's which I almost never do but since I love Wendy so much I actually want them to improve so I care about the fast food which is crazy to me since it's a huge corporate and the corporation doesn't really care but anyway to be fair I wanted to write a positive review for this place because I really do love their bigger options and their promotions and stuff and this Wendy's...

11-1-19 Update: They have totally rebuilt this store, and it appears totally rehired their staff as well. The food was good this time, the staff was friendly and on task, and my order was ready very quickly, despite them being very busy.

Original Post: Worst Wendy's in town. They will not take your order until they have gotten everything handed out for the previous order. It takes forever.

9-5-16 Update: Well a year later I was driving by, and me and my 2yo needed a cheap snack, so I figured I'd give them another shot. We were on our way to the splash pad, and just got some Frostys, nuggets, and fries. This was a horrible mistake. 30 minutes later, I was in the hot stainless steel bathroom of a Joplin Park trying to sparingly use the 6 squares of paper left in there. I had never felt the urge so suddenly. 15 minutes after that, my son blew out his swim diaper, and started crying "It hurt! It hurt!" I know son... I know... Never again. I made the mistake of giving this Wendy's a second chance. While their service was slightly better, their food is now apparently toxic. Avoid at all costs. You'd be better off eating sugar free gummy bears...

I was their very last customer on Wednesday July 10th at 12am. I ordered a simple 6 pc garlic parm. Nicole, i believe a newer manager or just a new face to me took my change and gave me my bag, she was very respectful and kind and I got out of there quick being that I have to be at my overnight healthcare job.

The interaction was really nice and the reason why I'm writing this review. I worked here before they remodeled the building and still see some old faces here like Kayla that's worked here about 5 to 6 years now.

I've had my times were my food was cold and or wrong. I just kindly let them know and tell them to please fix it, because the first face you see, isn't the person who made your food. Plus, accidents are bound to happen in a fast paced place.

They have always fixed my orders and compensated and or just got it nice and right.

I'm a regular and I really enjoy going to this location.
