An absolute GEM here in Junction City Kansas … I heard about how amazing the food was here & I just HAD to have it. I ordered the butter chicken with an order of garlic naan, and an order of lamb biryani. I called and placed my order ahead of time, and when I arrived to the food truck ..it was so clean and inviting. The smell’s coming from inside were divine! The gentleman cooking the food was very well groomed and very pleasant. Now let’s get to how amazing the food was! Absolutely sooooo flavorful I have nothing at all to complain about and I am a pretty picky eater being a chef myself. It’s truly authentic Indian Cuisine. I ate every single bite of my food and it was so good I lied to you not I ordered the exact same thing the next day! Goodbye paycheck, hellllllo...

Ordered spicy and mild vindaloo, butter chicken, both naans and veggie mimosas.

The guy that took our order was a complete gentleman to my wife and I. Helped gauge our spice levels and made recommendations. Always had a smile on his face, extremely friendly.

He said a twenty minute wait, took fifteen or less.

The portion sizes are enough for two people per entree. We got three and now have plenty of delicious leftovers.

Yes the food is delicious. I preferred the spicy vindaloo over the butter and non spicy variant but all were delicious. The garlic naan is superior but the plain goes especially well with dipping. The mimosa wasn’t for me but my wife absolutely loved them.

We got the Lamb Curry with rice and the Garlic Nan Bread. VERY GOOD. Tasty and portion size is filling. Can be a little bit spicy but just ask for less spice and he is very willing to adjust the level of heat. Definitely will return. He did mention that if you order before coming then the wait time is less because orders are made to order so it can be a slight wait if you just show up to order.. but worth the wait if you want quality and...
