UPDATED 6/29 - Changing my review to 5 stars from 1. The new Manager is great! Been there 3x since the last poor review, and everytime the manager is there working on the front line and visible to customers. They seem like they care and have much better attitudes. Best of all, they have food and chips more times than not. Again, the experience is VERY NOTICEABLE since a month ago. Thank you Chipotle for restoring faith in one of our favorite places to eat.
PREV: What a terrible experience. This location is awful. It’s 8:30p on a Friday night and the place looks closed. Every chair is put up. I ask if they’re closing early for the holiday as I felt like I was burdening their closing duties. Nope. They close at 10. Then I proceed to order my in-person order… except… they’re only out of “cheese, tomatoes, corn, steak and possibly sour cream” ummm what do you have? The two girls behind me walked out and went to Burger Fi. Get to the end to pay and grab the To Go order…. No chips? Oh yeah, out of that too, but now I’m in some weird barter negotiation to offset the costs of goods I won’t receive. Not a great customer experience. It gets better.
The quesadilla I picked up…. Was just tortilla and sofritas!!! NO CHEESE! It’s a quesadilla, half of that word translates to cheese. And nobody was going to say a word. Shameful. I can’t believe you guys do business like this… you’d be better off closing early and saving face vs telling your customers they don’t matter or you don’t want to be there. I love Chipotle. It’s probably a third of my diet, but these experiences are bad. Last time I came in the one employee was covering the other employee in sticky notes, while staring at me with nobody coming to help. Ridiculous. Seriously, who runs...
Read moreThis particular chipotle is always out of something. I used to go there all the time but now I will not any more because they never have the bare essentials mid day! I gave them one more chance today and they did disappoint once again. Lost a customer for life guys at this chipotle location. Update 4/3/17 was told that there was a drought and was unable to buy nor cilantro lol the truth is they didn't order it again. I tried to give this place one more chance. It once again proven to be unreliable. Don't go here I beg u. Go to the one off PGA if possible or even the mall.
Update April 16th, 2019 So I’m willing to give place multiple chances to improve and this place was no exception. On March 18th which is a Monday I ate here before I headed into my second job. I ate there around 1pm at the height of serving lunch. Around 5-6 hours later I became so sick that I couldn’t stand or do my job. I was so sick and dehydrated I needed to replenish my fluids with IV fluids. I subsequently went home sick and began showing signs of food poisoning. The next morning around 5am I finally released my lunch from chipotle. I had nothing else that day and i had the symptoms of food poising within the time frame. I gave this particular chipotle so many times to redeem themselves and against all of my intuitions I ate there one more time. That is the last time I’ll ever eat there ever. I will eat at another chipotle in Stuart because I’ve never been disappointed at that location. But this one is by far the worse restaurant I have ever been in. I’ve...
Read moreThis location is just astonishingly bad. It's consistent in disappointing me every time I visit (it's the most convenient location to my current home). My last visit is what inspired me to actually leave a review. Arrived at about 5:45pm on Friday evening. Extremely slow line when we observed multiple staff members standing around instead of helping move the line (there were only 4 people in front of me, not busy). A dirty sanitizer bucket was sitting unattended in the dining room. When I get to the counter I'm not greeted at all except with "Rice" from the girl taking my order. I asked for white rice which they were out of at the moment, then she walked away and stood by someone else while they made new rice. Same girl coughed loudly a few times while waiting for the rice. As she was away from the counter I noticed that everything else I wanted was also empty or dry/old. My husband and I ended up just walking out without an order because nothing looked appetizing. We observed a manager on duty who also didn't seem to have a sense of urgency nor any sense of what apparent issues the restaurant was having, I have to assume he is an inexperienced restaurant manager. I honestly don't have high standards for fast casual, I can be forgiving when it's busy or they're short staffed, and I haven't complained about the slow and poor service I've received here before, but this particular visit was extra terrible. Not returning to this location ever again...
