I went in for an appointment to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone 8 Plus. If you and your " expert techs" cannot fix phones properly or with the Right equipment, you should not be saying you can fix them! My phone worked just fine but the screen was cracked. I get the phone back and the speaker did not work as well as the new screen, was bulging from the phone and the touch wasn't working properly. I came back furious and they said they can continue to fix it. I brought you a working phone and you give it to me broken, I DONT WANT YOU TOUCHING IT AGAIN! now I have a phone that doesn't work AND has a cracked screen. On top of all of this, the techs acted like they had no clue what they were doing nor did they accept they broke the phone until I went in screaming. Also, as I tried to read the contract upon signing the man said “ it’s just some warranty stuff” FAILED TO MENTION that it included if they break the phone they are not liable. Ezctly why I tried to read the contract but he rushed me through. Never ever ever use this company!!!! I am beyond upset and appalled at how this was handled. I now have to go through a purchase a brand new phone which the company said they would not pay for even though they totally broke my phone so I cannot use it now. A cracked screen that I did is one thing. Now the touch is messed up and the audio does not work so I cannot answer phone calls like come on! You should not be providing services that you are not...
   Read moreWhen my phone screen just went black I panicked a little because me being irresponsible, I hadn't backed up my phone in over 2 years. My dog just passed away unexpectedly at 4 and my grandma is very ill with primary progressive aphasia so I was terrified I was about to lose the last 2 years of their lives in photos. I first went to the apple store because I thought they could help me get my pictures. They opened my phone up and told me it was unsalvageable and I would have to purchase a new one but I can turn mine in for a $300 credit. I told them no, took my broken phone back and cried the whole way home. The next day I went into batteries plus and spoke with Brad, explained the situation and he was very reassuring, he promised he would do whatever he could. He told me to come back in 2 hours and when I picked up my phone it was as good as new. He took pictures of the inside of my phone and there was no rust or water damage whatsoever. He saved all of my pictures of my angel dog and my grandma and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL. I will never trust the Apple store again with a simple repair.    Read moreI found a battery on line, called the store to verify, drive 40 minutes 21 miles away, the guy looks at the battery & says oh the positive & negative are opposite sides vs. the one you are replacing. I asked what did that mean it won't work. He shrugged his shoulders & says they can turn it around. I left drove back to the mechanic & he turned it both ways finally says it's not going to work it does not fit. Positive & Negative are on opposite sides. I told him the guy did say that while loading it in my car. I called got Eric for the 3rd time on the phone. I let him speak to my mechanic. He says we don't have it in stock she'll have to return it. I drove another 40 minutes 21 miles back to return it. I asked if they could try another location. The guy says Melbourne has it but it's another 100 miles from here. I asked do they deliver. He says you can call & ask. Uhm why I asked can't you call. Oh let me look up the number. He wrote it down & says they will need your address. I felt this was poor customer service all the way around.
