The Connection For Subs & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Jupiter

I heard about this place and definitely NOT it! The SERVICE SUCKED!!! The lady with the blonde/hydrogen peroxide dyed hair was HORRIBLE. First she started by taking off one line to her saying this line will go by faster and looked over tot he lady next to her and giggled (ACTING LIKE a LITTLE HIGH SCHOOL little girl with other grandma) laughing at the fact that the other lady was being slow. Like how old are you grandma!!?? When I was asked what I wanted, it was like she was racing to get me out of her way… mind you no line behind me. When I began telling her my order, she walked away half way and didn’t hear the remaining part of my order. So when she asked again she was bothered. What was HER PROBLEM, no idea. DEFINITELY A HUGE TURN OFF!!! My husband order his order and seriously regretted ordering my order. Let’s put it this way I didn’t order anything for my kids and decided to get them something else elsewhere! Her attitude made the experience real SOUR! POOR CUSTOMER MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I would NEVER RECOMMEND! Th SUBS, were mediocre!! I...

Good subs - but AWFUL customer service. The attitude most of them give you while doing their job (of making you a sub) is rude. I always put up with it until the last time I was in - they refused to stamp my sub card. I got a large veggie sub. The total was a little over $7. They said 'veggies don't count'. The sub card clearly says:

"Present this card to be stamped with each purchase of a sub or sandwich of $5.69 or more. When filled, it is good for a retail value of $7.50"

It doesn't say 'veggie subs don't qualify'. If I got a small - and it was under $5.69 I would get it. But my total was over what the card clearly says is the threshold.

Anyways, her attitude was the last straw for me. There are lots of other good sub shops around that will gladly make you a sub with a smile.

The staff is extremely rude. To the point that I ended up walking out and they didn’t even care... it’s a real shame because I have eaten here before and the quality of food is excellent. We were prepared to purchase 4 large subs and some snacks, a pretty decent size order that they lost out on. I felt validated when I walked out and expressed my discontent to my husband and another gentleman over heard me and in agreement said “ I’ve had the same experience multiple times in that place and I won’t go back.” Such a shame because they are right in between Jupiter Donuts and the bait shop where there is a lot of foot traffic and it’s convenient to grab sandwiches for a beach day... Never again will I step foot in this establishment. Too many other great sub shops in the area to even bother with...
