On 4/3/15 we had earned enough Papa points for a free large pizza, ordered a large pizza with sausage. Myself an adult, with 5 teenagers ate the pizza. One of the teenagers went back for a second piece when the noticed one of the pieces of sausage looked very odd. I watched as she pried the sausage out of the melted cheese and found it had a head and legs. Appeared to be a beetle of some sort. The teenager that earned the points is 18 so I told her to call and ask for the manager. She spoke with James who refused to give a last name but reported he is the location general manager. Explained to James the pizza had a bug, he asked what kind of bug told him a beetle. He was already rude, so the girls offered to bring the pizza back. Upon arrival James said ok lets see you supposed bug. The girls gave him the two remaining portions of the pizza which included the slice with the bug and the hole the showed the bug had been cooked into the cheese. James reported it did not come from his store, he has great inspections and regular pest service. He never apologized or made any attempt to rectify the issue. He did however make accusations and treated the girls like kids instead of patrons of his establishment. When the girls returned home and told me what happen I called and was treated and told the same thing again James made no attempt to offer any apology. Let me point out that the pizza was free from the earned PAPA's points and the girls had picked is up from the location. We had nothing to gain from the bug. I am the mother of one of the teenagers, 2 of the girls are 18 and frequent shoppers of PJ's. None of us will be returning and I would love to know who the area manager is. James could have at the very least treated any of us with respect and offered an apology instead he was rude and obnoxious. We have pictures of the bug and a clear hole that we will continue to post. If I was the owner of this location or any James would be unemployed! The bug was one thing the...
Read moreI ordered a pizza online and scheduled the delivery for 5:30 p.m., when I knew I'd be getting home from work. When I got home, right at 5:30, I saw I had missed a call at 5:20 and had a voicemail. It was the delivery driver saying he had been at my house a few minutes and was leaving because I wasn't there. I called the location to find out what was up and why they had tried to deliver it 10 minutes early, and she said they canceled my order and they can't guarantee an exact time, which it says on the website and in my confirmation email. But I checked, and nowhere on the website, the order form or in my confirmation email does it say anything about the timing of scheduled deliveries other than that you can schedule it up to an hour early (I ordered it around 2) and then, in the confirmation email, what my scheduled time for delivery is. But the manager said, basically, too bad, my order's canceled because I wasn't there when they came at a time I hadn't scheduled. Well, Papa John's has lost a customer if they have dumb policies like that, that they don't even...
Read more‼️Terrible service‼️On April 23 my sister called for takeout and a female worker picked up asking what she wanted to order so my sister said what she wanted, the worker then asked my sister to hold on and when the worker got back on the phone she again asked in a rudely manner (she was already rude from the beginning) “hellooo what you want to order” my sister then said “oh I already said want I wanted” and the worker said “no you didn’t” then proceeded to say “give the phone to an adult”, my sister (almost 30! Btw) then became overwhelmed of how disgustingly rude the worker was to her, from that point I noticed and told her to cancel the order and hang up. Her first time ordering from a Papa Johns and her experience here is now ruined. I’ve ordered from here a couple time but now I’m never recommending this place to anyone! Papa Johns do better and hire...
