Wendy's — Restaurant in Jupiter

Just came back to this Wendy's, 3 years later, as I have moved back into the area and wanted some late night grub. As many of you locals know, this is one of the only places open past midnight in the area for food, other than the gas stations.

As I drove up, I kindly asked the drive thru associate where their inspection rating was, as I have had terrible experiences in the past (I did not mention that last part). She acted as if she didn't understand me (it's possible she didn't, she wasn't fluent in English), and then she finally understood what I was asking for.

She told me it is inside, and I could come tomorrow to check it out. I explained that all I wanted was the grade (e.g. A,B,C), and she was very persistent on not walking 10 feet over, or having another associate do so, to simply tell me the food rating.

She finally made the excuse that she was extremely busy at the moment, despite their being no cars in the drive thru, and her talking with her associates casually. This was a clear sign they must have a poor rating.

Furthermore, I assumed that it was a requirement by federal or state law to display this rating on the outside of the establishment. Either they are going against the law (which I feel may be the case to avoid a reduction in customers), or they are simply hiding a bad rating.

At any rate, this is obviously unacceptable and makes me question as to whether I should even eat the food I just purchased. If they just followed the simple guidelines given to them by the law and Wendy's itself, they wouldn't have this issue in the...

great customer service ask for refill well at the high chair table and waiter / cashier brought it out to me very clean for fast food restaurant 4.5 and a clean scale like I say that's great for a fast food restaurant they make sure that they don't mix up the food fry could have been a little bit fresher but still eatable or edible I'm sure they would have ree-ree cooked them if asked does you make sure to remind you of the survey on the back of the receipt and what it could do for you most fast food restaurants other than Chick-fil-A failed to mention it even though they should highly recommend and I'm not even from Jupiter I stay in Port St Lucie however my job had took me down there for a client and I need it to eat something so I was originally looking for Steak and Shake but there's no Steak and Shake in Jupiter so my next choice was Wendy's I'm glad I decided to go to Wendy's great experience nothing but smile to a point where I even took the client once I picked her up back to get something to eat how am I went to drive through the second time same experience make sure catch out napping was in a bag then try to rush you made you feel welcome A+ service means...

If there was an option to give zero stars I would have given it. This location in particular is despicable. I ordered a Dave's single no mayo via drive thru and immediately had to walk back into the store because I was given a chicken sandwich. Upon waking in, I realized there were 3 MORE CUSTOMERS in front of me with missing food or a completely incorrect order. The girls at the front were completely unattentive and were yelling through the kitchen how this was not their fault it was the kitchens fault. One female employee said she was going to clock out because this was too much for her to handle. I waited for my order to be corrected and received a cold tasteless burger. The manager at this location has zero control of what is going on and the employees have the competence of 12 year olds. You better believe I will never waste my last $5 on such garbage food or service at this...
