If I could I would give this location no stars. We stopped off here on our way to a memorial service. The plan was to use the restroom aNd get a quick bite. So my cousin ask the young lady at the register for access to the restroom .Which she paused and stated "we can't use the restroom if we didn't order". So our response was "we have plans to order after using the restroom". So we finally receive the restroom key and enter the restroom . Now keep in mind were two women traveling alone. So while inside the restroom theres a knock on the door. Its the cashier that gave us the key . She's now at the restroom door telling us there is only one person allowed in restroom at a time?? So I open the door. So I can clearly understand her concern. So she proceeds place her foot against the door . So we couldn't close the door followed by her manager . And she states theres only one person at time in the restroom. Keep in mind there is no signs posting this rule. And I was trying to explain to her were adults and have never experienced such a odd policy. The cashier refused to move her foot . So we closed the door to finish washing our hands and drying them . She opens the door now with a key. After a verbal exchange we her & the manager we left and decided to purchase food at subway .So were followed by the manager of Albertos Juan Rodriguez to subway . We're he tried to engage subway staff into refusing us service . Here's his picture from my video...
Read moreLet's start with the positive things about this place. The lady behind the counter was nice and rather helpful, and they made the food very quickly. The quality of the food was simply put awful. I ordered the taco with enchilada, and the cheese inside the enchilada wasn't even melted. My sister got a taco with chicken, but the chicken meat was still very raw. My dad got a California roll, which is a burrito filled with very soft and mushy fries and way overdone meat. When we went to sit down at a table the table wasn't even cleaned, seeing that there was still some dried up hot sauce on it. The toilet had a note saying it was out of order for cleaning, and was locked. When we asked the lady behind the counter about it, she opened it, and what I found there completely shocked me. The toiletpapermachine was barely hanging on to the wall, the toilet was filthy, the soap dispenser was empty and literally everything in there was scratched up by a knife or something along those lines. We paid about 8$ per dish, which is not that cheap for a fastfood restaurant and got terrible food, a table that wasn't yet cleaned, and they even used cleaning as an excuse to hide their bathroom which was in a terrible state. I definitely recommend going to the subway right next to it or the taco Bell which is only a few...
Read moreBeware this establishment. Really not the best Alberto's I've been to. More often than not, the person in the drive thru will have a temper or short patience if you take a few seconds too long to order and demand that you "just come to the window." Once, they took my boyfriend's card to the back for about 15 minutes (this was after midnight so I figured they were having POS issues) but a week later, we noticed suspicious charges from that Alberto's a few times during the week when we had not been there. Had to go through our bank to cancel the card and irder a new one; seemed like someone had been using his card to buy their lunches. We tried our hand with them last week again, using cash this time, late at night. It was pretty dark eating in the parking lot but when my boyfriend finished his chicken tacos, we both noticed a very dark brownish/reddish "juice" that had come from his tacos that did not look like normal chicken juice. Needless to say, he came down with violent food poisoning symptoms later that night and they continued for 2 days. We will be going elsewhere...
