So very disappointed. My husband and I were craving a Jamba smoothie. We got there at 8:40pm, when we got there a sign was posted on the door that read we are restocking and taking our lunch sorry. We waited a bit I finally seen someone I wave. They came to the door and said to come back and give her 15min. We said ok we will be back. At 9:20pm 40min later we went back and the sign was still up and the doors were locked. I seen the girl that told us to come back and when she saw us she ran and hid in the back. We thought that's rude. So we started knocking on the door. No service was given they were still hiding and peaking out to see if we were still there, they were laughing and hiding. We stayed there for like 5min and they never came to open the door for us. Bad customer service, didn't get our cravings satisfied so upset. We have never been treated so disrespectful. Read moreCame here to pick up an ubereats online order, when i arrived the door was locked, the girl looked at me with a oh no sorry. Then i pointed at my phone to signal i have an online order im picking up, she ran to open the door. And as im walking in i slip and almost fall because the whole floor was wet, not only wet but soapy and very slippery. As im slipping she walks behind the counter and says oh its okay! Like its no big deal, it wouldnt had been okay if i fell down. Dont think her young naive mind was thinking of the consequences for herself and the store. Then she started making the order i thought the order should had been made already. But it wasnt then she hands it to me and i asked if she had a cup holder and bag to put it i, she said yes and oh ur picking uo for doordash no uber but yes i am and then got a bag and holder. In my opinion she shouldve asked beforehand or automatically knew since im sure when an order comes in it says if its mobile or a delievery. I am a regular customer to Jamba Juice which includes frequently using their app. Please avoid this location, they are always out of ingredients. More than once I have ordered here and when I get there, they always are out of one or more ingredients. The last time I was there, they had shutdown the store due to not having ANY ingredients but I had ordered ahead of time on my app and paid for it. When I got there none of the employees knew how to refund my money. They gave me instructions to contact corporate online to get my refund. Well, it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received my refund plus was never offered any kind of discount for a possible future purchase. They don’t care for their customers and won’t give your money back....
