Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

It's good pizza. Reminds me a lot of Round Table. I had Mountain Mike's from other locations, and their pepperoni was as generous as the ones in the advertised pictures - and it was divine. You can even go online now and see people posting recent pictures with similar amounts. So, I was pumped when I saw one appear near me.

I've ordered two pizza's from this location, and both came with somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the amount. My first one was deal/coupon discounted, and I know some pizza restaurants will put fewer toppings on deals. My second pizza was intentionally ordered at full price, and it contained a similar amount compared to the discounted pizza.

It's still good flavor wise, but I wanted what's pictured and even delivered from other locations.

Pizza ordered at 6:40pm, arrived at 7:50pm, but I'm understanding, and if that was the only issue I wouldn't have cared.

Honestly wasn't 100% sure it was my order until it was all opened up. I called to report the mistake. I was offered a replacement pizza delivered in 30-40 minutes. It was already after 8PM on a Wednesday so I declined, asked about just picking one up another day. Was instead offered 10% off my next order to make up for my missing topping. Which is 10% I won't be redeeming because I won't be...

I am so disappointed in Mountain mikes. I placed order online through MT Mikes website.Received confirmation for order approx delivery 546pm order placed at 508pm. At 545 I receive text that driver/door dash is waiting for order. Approx 555 I called location to ask what is going on with order that now a new text came saying drive on way to pick up order however the store location worker, says it has been picked up for delivery. Ok great thank you. Then at 610 I get text driver has picked up order and on way. How the heck did my order get picked up 2x? When ordered arrived at 620ish I bring in to house to enjoy. Well it isn’t hot meaning it had never left and sat for a while for doordash to pick up. The crust is not soft somewhat hard. We have used many times before and at the price we pay for their pizza we expect quality, goodness and quality customer service. Today they failed. Not sure when I will try them again. They use door dash for deliveries yet have a car parked in parking lot wrapped w Mt Mike isn’t that for deliveries? By the way we live 5 minutes from location. Yes I could have picked up but was enjoying the day and paid the extra for delivery. Bummer...

I ordered sandwiches for dinner and these are prob the worst tasting and made sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. My 5 year old could make a better sandwich. The amount of mustard & mayo I could have collected a bottle worth. The worst part was there was the thinnest slice of deli meat on each sandwich and yes I said slice not even a couple slices. When I asked the worker if I can pay to add more she said that was not an option and that’s how the sandwiches came. The bread was so hard it scraped up my mouth. I would not even consider this a sandwich they need to change the menu to a hard bread with a large amount of mayo and mustard....
