It only takes one to ruin everything. There's one guy there that can't get a grasp on vanilla or sugar. He only knows half & half. And if you order your coffee hot/french vanilla with cream and sugar, he's only going to put that half and half in there. And when you tell him it's wrong he's just gonna give you 3 sugar packets instead of fixing the coffee. He also doesn't understand how a grilled cheese sandwich is made. The bread wasn't even grilled. The cheese and only the cheese was. Like someone took a blow torch to it and just said screw the rest. I didn't say anything after he gave me the 3 sugar packets cuz honestly I'm not just gonna stand around and be a Karen. But hopefully they do something about him soon, or at least train him on how to read coffee orders because vanilla and sugar evade this guy each time. Also, they have this weird habit of always assuming you want your coffee cold, even when you specify that you want hot coffee, there have been several times they've tried to give me iced coffee instead. I've added photos of that "grilled cheese" I was talking about. The only thing I recommend about this place is the donuts because at least they can't mess...

Honestly, I know this location gets a bad rep but I think it’s quite good. Especially the service at this location, its wonderful. That’s just something I’d like to emphasize on. Service is quick, at least I know going through the drive thru it is. I mainly place pickup orders and I’ve never once had an issue. They also usually ask before leaving if everything is correct, which to me is awesome service. I don’t go in often so this is mainly a drive thru review. But I’ve always had good interactions with the employees, they are always super accommodating and friendly. The coffee is always spot on too! On the rare occasion it’s not, they will fix the issue right away. The only bad thing I do have to say is the food can be hit or miss. Usually it’s great, no problems, but occasionally it can have almost a soapy taste.. I did find a hair in my sandwich ONCE, but not a big deal considering the amounts of times I’ve been here and didn’t have that problem. Every location isn’t perfect, but I do feel like they really try at this one. I will always come to this location over the others. The friendly staff and awesome coffee make...

In their defense I haven't been to a DD in over a decade.. However, they got my drink wrong- I wanted an iced mocha latte and they gave me a mocha iced coffee.. I even verified with them what I wanted ingredient by ingredient and they still got it wrong. Their donuts aren't bad but obviously come in frozen. I asked them if they would be willing to put frosting on a cruller and they looked at me like I was speaking in French or asking them to sacrifice a new born puppy.. There are two different donut shops in the area that does this for me all the time, and while I respect the fact that they don't want to go down the "special order" road, I personally didn't think that it was that difficult of a request.

I also don't like the fact that there is no way to tip the staff- either by cash or by card. I always tip for coffee and the fact that they don't allow it seems strange. It has also been my experience that when your staff is allowed to accept tips (which literally stands for To Insure Prompt Service) the staff is more willing to go above and beyond and service is better..
