1/7/2022 was filling in at a different work location, thought I would order Jimmy Johns for lunch. I order from the downtown location a couple times a week. I order my usually sandwich, chips, pop,cookie. The total came to $16.13. They charge 3.75 for delivery, less than 1/8 of a mile. She asked if I wanted to tip, I said who does the 3.75 go to, the company-not the driver? So your charging a delivery fee, and the company is keeping that and it doesn’t go to the driver. I guess you better rename that charge. I tipped the driver on location or I am sure they would have kept that as well. I will not order again from this location. This establishment has low morality as it pertains to business practices and efficiency. On September 4th I ordered a club Lulu but received a turkey sandwich. I informed the store and I was supposed to be credited. However, upon trying to use said credit I was informed there was nothing on file and there was nothing they could do. So I wasted my money on a sandwich I didn't order and was not accommodated for their error. I'll make sure not to make the mistake of ordering from them again. This Jimmy John's was just okay, it seems trivial but we were missing a bag of chips that we ordered and napkins and straws. The lady taking our order was trying to be freaky fast when she didn't have to be. I'm starting a noticed a trend in the fast food drive-thrus. It seems like employees are just getting a paycheck and could care less about getting the order right. I know these jobs are not the greatest, but they are Stepping Stones and if you cannot take a two-person order correctly I hope that the career you're pursuing will get more attention and you'll bring...
