Most definitely the worst food I have ever had, I believe the person name was jo and he took my order, I've asked for the garbage burger medium well with a side of chili instead of chips, when I got my order 20 minutes later the burger was rare and the soup I asked for was a ham and bean, there is literally only 6 people in the bar and it's a Monday at 2 in the afternoon . I immediately said to the server I don't believe this is right and with an attitude the guy told me "how do you know when you barely looked at it" and I told him that I can tell from here the chili isn't chili and my bun bottom is dripping blood when I asked for it medium well. He immediately took my order and went into the kitchen and started to yelled "mike what the hell is going on" and I could literally hear the entire conversation. I definitely over heard one of the cooks saying "if he doesn't like my food his ass can go somewhere else". I have never been to a pub where the environment is so hostile, the food is to pricey for what it is and how is served and handled, when your order is right it still tastes like if it sat under a heat lap for longer then it was cooked. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if I honestly could I wouldn't give this...

We thought it would be a good place to try because someone said they had keto nachos..so we ordered them. One order to share and one coke that cost $2 and one $3 mixed drink and our bill came to over $27 . The menu said nachos were $11...we didn't read the fine print we asked the waitress about the keto nachos..the waitress asked if we wanted beef or chicken and we chose beef and stated that we wanted sour cream and salsa and guacamole as well. So they charged $1.50 for guacamole, $1 for sour cream, $3 for the meat. And then an additional $3 upcharge for using pork rinds instead of tortilla chips. Which she didn't bother mentioning to us and which makes no sense because pork rinds are cheaper then tortilla chips. So for the original $11 we would have been served a plate of chips with green peppers, onions, black olives, cheddar cheese and a dish of salsa.I have never been charged for any of these items since they are what nachos consist of. We were very disapointed in the food and we...

I love the moose wall mount! We got pasta dishes, Loaded French Fries, and the traditional wings with the coke bbq sauce. The french fries were loaded with cheese, bacon, scallion, and ranch dip. I think just by itself would have made a dinner! The wings were cooked well but the sauce tasted like a regular bbq sauce. The Cajun pasta with shrimp came with a big unassuming shrimp and sausages. I love the flavor and heat of it (it wasn't spicy, and I think only the shrimp was cajun-seasoned). The mac and cheese came with an odd red sauce on the bottom plate and it didn't taste great. Despite my love for the moose, the neighborhood was sketchy and the ambiance was unnerving at best. We walked in that night and sat ourselves down because nobody was sure who would serve us. I don't think they really wanted us as...

I was delighted to find this gem of a bar. Old to Kalamazoo but new to us. We found a coupon in the local coupon flyer so we stopped in with another couple that we go out with on Fridays. Parking was a little challenging but we f ok und a spot in the lot. Food was fresh made from fresh ingredients. Delicious onion rings and dips. Wet burrito was perfect. Hamburger was one of the best burgers in town. Several selections of beer on tap and a full bar. The atmosphere was home bar like and it just felt SO Kalamazoo. We will be back!!

It's nice to mingle at a place where the locals hang out. The decor was predictable with plenty of wildlife hanging in the walls. The service was efficient and the first was really good. We tried the fried cheese cubes and the dipping sauce was excellent. I chose the wet burrito, which turned into a man vs foods challenge. The large portion was excellent, but I was not able to finish it. We all enjoyed the food. While the colorful language didn't bother us adults, I wouldn't recommend bringing younger children.

We stopped in here for the 1st time last Saturday around 6pm before a concert at the State Theater which is only 1 mile away. We had a couple great drinks and split a Garbage burger. Holy cow is was amazing. Cooked perfectly. Tender & juicy. We had the home cooked chips with the chip dip. The staff was very friendly. I love all the animals too, although my anti-hunting friends would disagree, lol. The pizza looks amazing and that's what we'll be having the next time we come back. Go get some.
