I've always heard good things about Water Street Coffee Joint, but I've never been until yesterday. Gosh, have I been missing out. I purchased a spicy chai latte, and it was some of the best tea I've had in years. It was rich and sweet with the right amount of spice. I also had a peanut kale salad and an avocado and spinach chicken wrap. These aren't my typical picks for food, but they were both great and the portions left me feeling full. I can't wait for my next excuse to go back to Water Street!

Very friendly staff and cozy interior are a plus. Water Street also offers a wide assortment of eats. I didn't get to try any on this stop, but they looked delicious. But this is a Coffee Joint right? I thought their coffee was fine, but nothing special. WSCJ is a nice place to go, but I don't think they earned those ratings based on the coffee. All in all I would definitely go back. Especially to try some of those eats!

Went to this Coffee shop the other day. Was really surprised to see that it's a really cozy nice place for some coffee and snacks. The Coffee was nice and the place is clean and tidy. Social distancing measures are being put to good measure as well Our Server Ariana provided us with great customer service. Would love to visit this place again soon. Only issue is that there is very limited parking space.

Hoping the marketing department / management sees this - I love water street coffee, its my go to, favorite spot for coffee, snacks, drinks and more. But since they changed the rewards program to an app, its become so much more difficult to frequent water street. We used to be able to enter our phone number or tell the barista our phone number for rewards. Now, we are forced to download a app, navigate its confusing interface, and sometimes when the app requires an update, it forces you to exit from the app and update it first before you can even scan your loyalty code. I don't have time for this nor do the people in line behind me waiting to place their order.

I am a business owner and marketer so I get it, you want your brand to have more visibility on the users device, but what about the 74 year old who has been visiting the coffee shop since the paper loyalty punch cards were around. I'm a millennial and still find this very frustrating. Lets go back to...

Coffe: I like my coffee quite strong, if you do too then invest into double shot drinks. The flavors of the regular shots are tasty but a tad mild.

Spicy Chai latte: 0/5 not spicy enough, very sad it was so bland I can't imagine what the regular one taste like.

Muffins: I have had some of the desserts, the muffins are a bit overly sweet with too much frosting that's a bit too thick and not creamy.

Cookies: specially the gluten free brownie and the chocolate sun-dried, they have a lovely crumble, the sun-dried chocolate cookie has a spicy punch not strong but just rigth! And a very warm taste, the brownie one actually feels and taste like brownie, with a tad of powder sugar the sweetness is just on point. All the other more generic cookies are good as well.

Environment: I think of this place as a nice morning stop or a wonderful warm snack after a long day at work. People are polite enough to keep their voice tones low and everyone in their...

It is 2/20/23 at 11:21 am and I have just walked out of your coffee shop. I just walked in and asked what the code was to use the bathroom and the lady with the mask on (sorry I didn’t get a name) told me she wouldn’t give it to me until I buy something. I understand that you are trying to stop the homeless using your bathroom but unfortunately you are penalizing your customers for this awful rule. Was I going to buy something absolutely, but I wanted to use the bathroom first and then buy something. Sorry but bringing in a coffee into a bathroom is gross and it is also going to get cold. I don’t know if this is a new rule or not but I have came in multiple times and used the bathroom first and then bought my coffee and usually a incredible bar with it also.

I am a long time customer and I am sorry but this needs to be...
