Terrible experience today. Went to drive through 3 times today. First on my way to work line was sooo slow pulled off, was able to go back few minutes later after waiting in line for 20 minutes ( I expected a wait seeing the line, but wasn't expecting such a long snail move) am a healthcare worker so asked for the promo meal told can only get small drink even though poster clearly states ANY size drink. Watched the car in front of me get handed a bag and the lady give it back, then the cashier tried to give her a drink and she yelled showing her receipt. She left with a smaller bag then then the first one. When it was my turn I was handed my small drink with the lid not on, if it woulda been filled to the top it would've spilled all over me, my other drink was overflowing with pop in the lid and made a mess. Waited for my food and after telling the guy my order twice and him trying to give me someone else's shake I still ended up with the wrong burger. Returned to drive thru for correct sandwhich, again in line at a stand still for over 30 minutes, cashier didnt repeat my order or ask wht I had tried to give me a drink had to ask her wht she was doing and repeat my sandwich to her. Read moreWe stopped to get a burger and fries for our son and they are so slow, there were 5 cars not going anywhere we waited 17 minutes, and that is because 2 of the cars waiting in front of us just left. One person got their food delivered to their car, and then the passanger got out with food and went inside to complain. A mess. And they are empty inside, it is not like they are busy. I was back again, after so long and the service is even worse. This time, they had some Canadian flags hanging, I took a picture to send to my sister who lives in Vancouver, and the woman at the counter yelled at me, "you ain't taking no pictures" I was startled and said excuse me? A older gentleman sent her off, and apologized, he said that "corporate does not allow pictures to be taken. I said, she needs better costumer service training, he "agreed" today I went with my husband the sore is empty, no one answered at the drive through, so we went inside and found the woman by the bathroom almost laying on a table with some of her friends and her ear piece on her hand. They messed our order, gave it to someone in the drive through, they were dancing around..so unprofessional 20 minutes later we got out, no sauce for our chicken nuggets. I got a video this time. Read moreWent to this McDonald's on Sat. April 8 about 11pm, bought 2 large fries & a couple sandwiches for my wife & I. My wife & I ate a few fries as we headed home, which is a little more than half a mile. When got home I put my fries on a plate & in the middle was a stink bug. The next day I emailed McDonald's from their website. I didn't want to deal with the local management because of past issues. Those past issues have kept me from doing much business there. Missed a call from David from McDonald's on Tues. April 18. David called me back on Wed. April 19 & we talked about the stink bug in the fries. David said he would send me an apology letter with a couple of cards for a free extra value meals. I had mentioned that I worked in a foster care home, & David mentioned that McDonald's like to give back to the community. David said he would also send some Sundaes or something for the 10 clients I work with. On Wed. April 26 I received a letter of apology from David with 1 card for a free extra value meal. Also, I can get 10 pies for my clients with the letter of apology. Not really feeling satisfied by this...
