Best macarons I’ve ever had! I had two at Bias Brewing and stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the bakery’s logo walking down the street—I KNEW I had to go in and get more. I bought one of every flavor available that day, and every single one was SO delicious; just perfect balanced: the rose wasn’t too overpowering yet was delightfully present, the absinthe had no alcoholic taste yet was so absolutely on point I can’t see how there’s any way it’s not in the batter, and the fruity pebbles macaron is honestly probably in my top 10 favorite desserts I’ve ever had. Aurora made an absolutely gorgeous cake for my mom's 80th birthday that was amazingly delicious. Everyone at the party raved about how the cake looked and tasted. The Italian meringue buttercream was light with a delicate sweetness, the cake was moist, and the strawberry compote filling was the perfect complement. The cake was skillfully decorated with fresh flowers and beautiful meringues and a lovely heart-shaped macaron.

Aurora blew my freaking socks off. I did not give this girl much to go off other than my color scheme and I told her just to create something amazing. She went out of her way to match the flowers with my florist and exceeded my expectations!! Just LOOK at the little gold details! She was kind and easy to work with and I would suggest her 1000%. The fondant wasn’t too rich in flavor, and the cake was perfectly made!
