Iāve sadly been pretty disappointed with Copper Mountain lately. I already knew our order would be wrong when the girl came out on the porch and took our order without writing it down and asking for clarification (bc she forgot already) before walking back inside. My boyfriendās moonshine had no cream and whip on top when we asked for the complete opposite of cream and no whip. I asked for a Green Tea Arnold Palmer and they obviously made it with regular black/sweet tea as it was super dark compared to the drink I order everyday and insanely too sweet considering I add lavender, pineapple, and pineberry syrup. When telling the staff they insist it was green tea and I was just wrong! Just remake the drink even if the customer was wrong(though I wasnāt)! Iāve never had someone refuse to remake my drink! They fixed his moonshine but not my drink, so I left with something undrinkable and just dumped it on the street! It even said plain old regular Arnold Palmer on my cup when every other time it reads Green Tea Palmer ! Donāt appreciate basically being called a liar and having my drink refused to be remade! Will never come back to this location and the girl is very lucky they donāt wear nametags. The girl that took our order is the same that insisted it was green tea! This happened on July 11th at about 12:30pm. The location on 3 mile is by far the best location. Need to leave them a great review. Never had any problems there . Donāt bother with this location on W Central. Iāve attached a picture of my empty cup from dumping it out. As you can see PB= Pineberry LAV= lavender PA=Pineapple and then it says just a regular Arnold Palmer! I think I know how the drink I have everyday looks and tastes. This was not made with green tea!

I have ordered the same drink every single time and itās usually $5. I asked for 3 shots of espresso, with oat milk, light ice and a large iced water. I understand some places charge additional for customization but my drink total was over double the price. I was curious as to why and the barista, Ciara, was low in patience, very short with her response and said I had customization that increased the price. Mid-conversation she rolls her eyes, turns around & leaves the window. Waiting there for about a minute, Kyra comes to the window and asks what the issue is. Again, I am just curious and ask why the price is reflecting such a difference from previous purchases. Kyra is short with her response and says they already made the drinks so if I were to make a change to the drink, I would have to pay for both. I wasnāt interested in changing my drink as I ordered how I usually get it. The fact that I would have had to pay for an additional drink wasnāt the issue; it was the disrespect, lack of patience and understanding, unwillingness to communicate is what I had trouble with. Ciara and Kyra, I understand we have our bad days, but itās crucial to not express or show that to your customers in any sort of way! It is truly apparent in a small valley that there are MANY coffee shops to choose from and especially when it comes to the CMC's in the area with 5 locations in Kalispell alone.
What drives our continued loyalty and dedication to spend our hard earned money at this location in particular is Tori's team consisting of Bella, Carli, Ciara and Morgan. No matter which barista is running the show or if you are blessed enough to have a combined team of them working together, you can always expect the same consistency of excellent service and amazing product upon every visit.
Many times not only is it the product that drives customers to be loyal to a particular brand, but the people. As hectic or busy as the day might be, when visiting this location, they have a way to make you or your family's visit feel special. Before leaving the shop the ladies always show appreciation by thanking you for your business along with sending you out to take on the day with a positive message of well wishes.
