Next, they take in sexual offenders with intellectual disabilities that can't be reintegrated into society and make them work for their thrift stores instead of going to prison. The state pays them for this. The disabled clients work for about $10 per hour, despite flathead Industries claiming they pay their disabled employees the same as other workers.
There is negligence, abuse, and improper training in almost every one of their apartment complexes. I received this information from several managers and employees of FI under the promise of confidentiality.
