Update: 3-17-25
Went to this McDonald’s tonight for dinner. Ordered on their mobile app to go pick it up. The drive thru was steady but I would not say busy. I waited outside for 20 minutes before going in to find my food. I stood at the unmanned counter for at least 5 minutes until I finally had to ask for help. I told them that I had been waiting on my order and it had not come out. The woman looked at me blankly then finally moved to find my food. She gave me the wrong drink and I told her what my drinks were supposed to be. I went to my car to head home and my order was not o my cold but also wrong. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be returning here. I have lowered my rating.
Generally this McDonald's is pretty good but tonight was not a great experience. I went through the drivethru and they were not selling breakfast items all day, as I had understood, and they were out of the chicken nuggets. I ordered a Southwest Grilled Salad with Balsamic Dressing, a big mac, quarter pounder plain with no cheese and a basket of fries. The girl put plain on the screen so I asked her to please put no cheese so they would know. She said it would be fine. I pulled up, paid then moved forward and went to check my burger. Cheese on it. So I parked, headed inside to get a new one. Two guys were hanging out at the counter, one charging his phone off the scanner thing up at the counter. They were asked multiple times to leave McDonalds and they did not leave. They asked a question of the girl taking orders, she gave one and they said not to talk to them like they were "retarded" because they had worked there longer then her. They were apparently employees! The manager and a co-manager (?) were talking about a suit that was being brought against someone and how they had a lawyer and the paperwork was right there to look at. My burger finally was fixed, took food home, had two small fries that were supposedly to equal the basket of fries ordered? The person eating the salad was also given the wrong dressing. Not a great night. It will not keep me from coming back but if the next time or two that I go there is the same then I will not be returning. Like I said, normally it is ok to go to but this was really a disappointing night. I hope it is a one...
Read moreI will start off by saying I get McDonald’s is a hard industry to work for. Rude customers, underpaid and understaffed employees. however what I experience today by this individual was uncalled for. I order my food on their app for pick up I went to pick it up but the arrival button on the app disappeared. However I had my receipt in my email with proof of purchase. Once I arrived I said I was there to pick up my food and gave my name the lady “maybe supervisor” she was rude as ever saying well I don’t see your name so you don’t have an order. I replied yes, I do in fact here is the receipt. She didn’t even want to bother looking at it and said “yeah, but it don’t matter. If it’s not on my screen no food was ordered” I was like can you just please put the receipt number and look it up. She was too busy and was upset to be bothered by my order and said “like I said you’re not on our screen” I stood their and said.. look I placed an order there was a button to show I arrived here when I went back it was gone she said well go on your app and press the button. This woman really had no issues denying me and not listening to anything I said. After 10 min of waiting she came back and finally said let me see the order number. She Looked it up to say it was canceled. Now I don’t know why it was canceled but I can show you it was. You should be receiving a refund. I said, I didn’t receive an email it was canceled though. I then said, so I was right all this saying no order was placed shows I did place one. A simple an apology from her would have suffice after all the back and forth she was doing would have saved her more time seeing me. Things would have been smooth if she actually did what I ask from jump instead of being rude she clearly does not have customer service capabilities. She needs retraining or find another job that better suits her. I did not place another order I was so upset with how I was being treated and their app was then glitching. Their app needs an update on their software. This is the second time their app gave me problems. I will no longer use their app and will no longer go to that...

I'm calling out for my mom's husband who works there. He was opening the store this morning and there was an unnecessarily tall stack of equipment too high for him to reach. As if someone had to get on a ladder and stack it as high as they could. Because he isn't a short man, he's probably around 6'1. So as he was gathering all the things he needed he had, one of the pieces fell off and hit him in the eye which caused him to go to the hospital for the morning. No personal damage was done, but it still resulted in a lot of discomfort. This would have been fine, except for the district manager DEMANDING that he take a drug test. Over what? For what reason? She hasn't liked him for a long time because she can't BULLY him like she does everyone else into submission. All of this, right after he had been "suspended" for 2 weeks because he asked and was granted permission to go smoke a cigarette by the store manager, but she found him at an inconvenient time for her. She obviously used this opportunity to scold him for going out, and even with the store manager's approval she demanded that he be suspended. I'm calling this out, I won't let this stand. You can't bully people into doing what you want because you don't like them. She just can't stand to have someone work for her that she can't control. I can also speak from personal experience, having worked here myself. It pays poorly, even though it's privately owned and way too expensive for the same- if not POORER quality food than any other McDonalds. You can't be a high maintenance McDonalds with the kind of people you have working for you that can't even respect your own employees....
