Arby's — Restaurant in Kansas City

They have the meats! The pork belly sandwiches are so good, they've got to be bad for you. Love the curly fries and the turkey ranch and bacon market fresh sandwich is always delicious and not so bad for you. Not many choices for you if you don't eat meat. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick. Decent dessert options. All the seats are hard plastic, so that might be an issue for some. The bathrooms were pretty clean, but not 5 stars clean. Staff is polite but not overly friendly.

Update 2024-04-21: Not all the seats are hard plastic now, so they've done some updating since the last time I was here. They have TVs for the menu now, and they weren't working. There was a paper on the counter in front of one of the registers that had what appeared to be an Arby's menu on it. I figured it was because the screens weren't working. I ordered a number 10. A few minutes later I get my crinkle fries, medium drink and what looks like a burger. But on the paper, a number 10 is a Reuben. Sure enough, I got a cheeseburger. I took it up to the counter and told them that this clearly was not a Reuben and I ordered a number 10. They said a Reuben is a number 13. When I grabbed the paper from in front of the register and showed them, they appeared to know nothing about it, like they didn't put it there. Very weird. But I got my Reuben and it was pretty good. Loved the crinkle fries, but the ketchup dispenser was not working so I had to ask for some packets which they gave me. I'm not taking away a star, but doggone that was strange.

Update 2024-10-06: Menus were working just fine and so was the ketchup dispenser. Service was quick...

Do not under any circumstances order the Smoke Meat Mountain!!!!! I cannot to begin to describe the feeling in my stomach after eating this sandwich. First off I'm a meat lover. Love meat it's amazing, couldn't live without it. The sandwich itself tasted good. The price was right for the amount of food that you would receive. I definitely enjoyed eating the food..... HOWEVER!!!!!!!! About thirty minutes after leaving the restaurant I made my way on down to the Barnes and Noble down in Zona Rosa. It was a good time....... then it happened. My stomach growled like a lion. I felt something stirring around in my stomach....... Whatever it was it was definitely mean......... I had to rush all the way upstairs into the restroom...... OH AND GUESS WHAT!!!!! The stalls were all full!!!!!!! I had the equivalent of a nuclear sewage plant rolling around in my stomach and the dang stalls were full!!!!!!

So there I was standing in the restroom..... stalls filled....... then suddenly I heard a flush!!!! I rushed by that man so fast!!!! Then the rest is history........ I would first off like to apologize to any person who walked into that room after I had left that day.......

Horrible experience at the Arby's drive thru. Would not recommend going to this Arby's. First order was taken wrong. I ordered a french dip meal and he had me down for a ham melt. Probable because he had ear buds in and couldn't hear my order. Fixed that quick enough, but then waited 13 minutes for my food. I had to wait for him to come back to the window to tell him I never received my coke. He handed me my coke and I checked the bag only to find out I was missing my potato cakes. They came back to tell me I would have to pull around front and it would be another 4 minutes. I told him I would wait in position. By this time we had a long line behind me. Manager, to his credit, told me he would give me something else. I declined and left after getting the phone number for the office.

Long story short, I regret spending my hard earned money at this place. They are indifferent and the service is poor and slow. Go somewhere else. Trust me!
