To the owner of this Arby's................today, 6/25/23 at 12:01pm, I sat at the drive-thru intercom for over one minute, nobody ever got on the intercom to tell me "we'll be with you in just one moment", so, after one minute, I honked. The drive-thru employee said "hi" and I started to order my food, the employee interrupts me and says "um, you're going to have to wait a second, we have someone working on our slicer and it's going to take about 10 minutes" very rudely, to which I replied and said "hang on, YOU could get on the intercom and say that we'll be with you in just a moment instead of sitting there in silence"! She then says "we have, twice" and then I said "no, nobody has said anything", she then yells at me saying "OKAY THEN, YOU CAN BACK OUT"! To which I replied saying "EXCUSE ME @^$*%"..............this entire incident is on my dashcam, and as an owner, you should really hear it!! Yes I used some language towards this VERY RUDE employee, I had every right to! I came to your store to help contribute money towards YOUR WAY OF LIFE, to help YOU make your house payment, to help YOU raise your children, to help YOU be a successful business owner, but, your employee did not care about that, they did not care about how they treat the people who contribute financially towards your way of life! This employee also did not care that I was there to contribute towards their paycheck as well. It is customary for a vehicle to honk whenever NOBODY gets on the intercom. I showed plenty of patience and your employee was very rude. IF you care about your business and the customers who help contribute towards your way of life, you may want to consider contacting me so your can listen to this entire incident from my dashcam.

Read moreThis Arby’s is okay, but I’ve heard they are a training store. Which explains the yoyo of experiences at this location. Someone’s it’s really amazing, they fill the fries all the way, they are polite, and they thank you. And other times they barely say hello, there is barely anything in the food, and they don’t thank you at all. I’ve had people act like they are better than you and don’t apologize when they weren’t listen to your order and put in whatever on their register. I’ve had to return twice because they forgot something in my order. They need to screen their employees better when hiring and ensure they know what “Customer Service” is. This is why I rather just buy cheap sliced roast beef and hamburger buns at the grocery store and a bottle of their Arby’s sauce. I can’t tell the difference on the sandwiches from the ones they make themselves. The only thing you can’t get right at home is the curly fries. They sell them at the store frozen, but I don’t have a frier, so baking them is all I can do and it’s not quite as good. But the cost of going here isn’t worth being treated like trash.
Edit: their auto response is a joke. I have sent them comments before. Yea they send you a free meal coupon, which I don’t care about. I would rather they actually fix the problems. But they don’t. Don’t believe them sending a response saying tell me what we did wrong means anything. They don’t care. They just want to look like they do, and barely try at even that. Read moreI took my family to the drive through here today and the guy who helped us over the speaker was very rude. I asked him what the most popular sandwich wasw and he said i don't know all of them, then I asked what his favorite sandwich was and he said " mine is to eateat home". I then ordered a double roast beef and cheddar #1 and a chicken bacon #3 both larg meals I ordered 2 kids chicken tender meals 2 roast beef sliders an order of jalapeno bites and an order of Oreo bites and a jamocha shake. During my order I had to make a few changes to it and the guy told me if I kept changing my mind he wasn't going to take my order. When I completed my order he then sarcastically made the comment " are you sure we still have the other half of the menu you haven't ordered from yet". I am commenting here because we did not receive a receipt for a $45 order. He was a young male wearing a black polo shirt witch leads me to believe he was possibly management. Which makes it even worse. It condones disrespectfully talking to customers. We also said no ice in our drinks and got ice. We asked for honey mustard sauce at the speaker and didn't get it had to ask again at the window. As I was a manager for a well established restaurant I know customer service and this guy does not have it and will give your location a bad reputation.
