Thought I would try the new Arby's drive-thru was lined up around the building I noticed Lobby was almost empty when inside found what appeared to be grandparents with their grandchildren about to leave I went to the counter and ordered mind you I ordered what was on special French dip and then curly fries and a drink. The grandmother was at the counter getting a cookie and was questioning that they microwaved it in the girl at the counter said we we always microwave the cookies the grandmother did not seem happy but she took the cookie and they left the store immediate after that. While waiting for my food which was now taking forever just about every employee in the facility thought it necessary to talk at a very loud voice to each other while using profanity or substituted profanity like mother chucker not hard to figure out what the girl working the counter meant the young lady who appeared to be the person in charge realize I was standing there waiting and asked the one employee to apologize for his use of foul language in my presence which he did sarcastically. I'm sorry but this type of use of profanity in the workplace should never be allowed where the public visits the area in which they are working let alone other employees may not like that type of language and they are being forced to work with it because management staff is not doing anything about it. Approximately 13 minutes after my order was replaced using the time on the receipt I finally got my food the girl who appeared to be the manager was outside when I went out and I asked if she was in charge and she said yes and I told her that what was going on in there was totally unacceptable and she apologized for the gentleman and his language that they've been trying to do something about him I asked his name she said it was Chris and I said that I would let her boss and corporate know as well as Google and Yelp the type of personnel that they were customers would experience when they visit this place very unprofessional I say Arby's should fire everyone on that crew because they are allowing it to happen and start over. TODAY 1/31/18 stopped in and talked to manager and she was more than willing to listen to my issue and resolve it. The young lady I spoke with Sunday was their and the store manager went right to her and discussed my situation with her she came back to me and offered me a meal on the house for my troubles which I graciously thank her for and she further told me that this would be brought up at today's managers meeting to be used as an example and how employers should and should not act. Thank you for listening and addressing my issues with this store I will continue to try...
Read moreToday was the last time I go to this location ever again. I work in the food industry, and work with the public. So, I try not to ever complain about my food unless I absolutely have to. Tonight my husband went to the drive thru and ordered our meals for us, and our daughter. We got all the way home, opened the food, and the order was wrong, and cold. The drive thru wasn’t even busy tonight, so I could try to understand things happen, and mistakes happen all the time, but this was ridiculous. We ordered buffalo wings, got honey bbq instead, ok, no big deal… but they were cold. My chicken sandwich had one small chicken tender thrown in between a bun and Mayo thrown on it, also cold. Husband ordered a BEEF AND CHEDDAR, no cheddar. Called Arbys and a guy answered “yeah, how can I help you.” I explained the situation, and this is what I got back, “ look, I can’t go back in time and fix your order for you, just write my name down on your ticket, and the next time you come here, we’ll replace the entire order. That’s the best I can do. See you around.” Seriously? This is the best you can do for customer service? His name is Cody. And personal opinion, he shouldn’t be a manager, or even be working with the public. So disappointed. I used to really like this location. But, never again. Hope it...
Read moreWent through the drive thru Fri 10/9 around 5:30 PM, one car in front of me, none behind. I ordered food for a large family using two coupons, stapled to a piece of paper and given to the employee at the window. I had to wait a bit but could understand why. When the order was given to me, I specifically asked the employee if I needed to check accuracy in each of the 2 bags in which she replied, "No, it's all there." Upon arriving to my destination and looking in the 2 bags, parts of my order were missing yet the receipt stated I was charged. Not happy! I called the restaurant and expressed my disappointment to someone named Cody. He told me the only way to solve the problem was to go back up there and get a credit or the food that was missing - within the next day. Not happy! Went back, after asking what was going to be done for my inconvenience, I got two small drinks. Uh, excuse me, by the time I got back to my destination, all the food was cold. I had to go back to get the missing food because we didn't have enough. 2 small drinks doesn't cut it for the amt of money I spent and my inconvenience. I have always felt bad for fast food employees and thought they deserved the pay asked. Not anymore, at least for this location!! Absolutely will not return to this...
