I came to this location around 7:00pm Wednesday January 4th 2017... it took nearly 15 minutes to get to the drive thru window, 10 minutes at the window for 2 ham and cheese melts and loaded curly fries, as a previous Travel trainer for the restaurant business I did NOT like what I saw. There were employees standing around, messing with each other, flirting with each other, 7-8 staff members and I still received my order cold, stale, unmelted, and poorly put together. I called this location KCK Kansas ave spoke to a supervisor about my concerns as many excuses were put into place I then asked for their "supervisors" name who then refused to give me her name, but instead tried getting me to have my order replaced after refusal, I asked for corporate number and store number. I received a mouth full of attitude, refusal, and excuses. Execute no excuses. She slipped up telling me her name was Marcella or a fake name, whichever. I am not pleased and will not even go back to this location for my order to be replaced. $8.91 out my pocket. Read moreThe service here has gotten worse. Make sure you check your bag and when they ask if you want a receipt say yes every time. Why you may ask? If they make a mistake which they do often weather it's forgetting an item or placing an item on your sandwhich that you specifically asked them not to if you don't have the receipt they will refuse to make it right. And as mentioned before if they fail to provide a product and you call and they say don't worry we have your name in our office on a list just come through the drive through and provide your name we will take care of you.
Tonight was such night, finally giving arbys a second chance from a terrible first experience about 3 weeks ago. Read moreNot sure how this place is still in business. I like Arby's as well as anyone. But this particular one is incredibly slow. In comparison to other Arby's and other fast food it must be one of the most consistently slow places I know of.
No less than twice now have I been the only one in drive thru and it's taken more than 5 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Yeah I know, first world problem right? I'm not actually complaining. I'm the one who sat there.
Maybe you think that's not so bad. I've been here when they are busy as well and have sat for 10-15 mins. I may have sat longer but have had to drive off twice. I don't like doing this but when you have a place to be you don't anticipate a 15 minute+ wait at the drive thru.
I feel like we will see that this location has closed sometime in the near future. It's just has the hallmarks of a doomed franchise location. Saddens me as I would like to see growth...
