I'm never going back here. We have been going to this location regularly for 3 years. This past year we have had more issues with online orders being incorrect or otherwise not good (stale rice, not enough meat, too much beans, crunchy guac etc.). So I started going inside to order so I can look at the ingredients before selecting them and watch it being made. Yesterday I went in at around 130pm and they were not busy. I ordered 3 bowls one double steak and 2 chicken. I mistakenly said Adobo chicken instead of Pollo asado. So that was my fault. But when he put double regular chicken on both I asked what chicken it was. I clarified I had said Adobo chicken not double chicken. He looked at me and said "I have never heard it called that" with a very negative tone. Then he sighed and said "whatever" and continued making them assuming I would be happy with free double regular chicken. I definitely wasn't happy, but I feel bad wasting food and didn't say anything since it was my mistake. The girl at the register didn't even look at me and shoved the bag across the counter at me without a word. I left feeling dejected and bewildered from the interaction. They were so rude it was I like had come in there just to ruin their day. It might have rolled off if the food had been good...but it was not. Both the chicken and steak were dry, overdone, and unseasoned. My partner ate his but I didn't even start getting full before I couldn't eat anymore. Nothing tasted fresh and the ratios were way off. The kids didn't like it either. I'm just done. Chipolet used to be our favorite place to get quick food. So Today I decided to get me and two daughters lunch it was not busy at all but it was three people ahead of me I'm looking at how she's making there bowls and when it got to mine she literally gave me 6 pieces of chicken I said could I have more it wasn't even a spoon full she said you want double meat with an attitude I said sure why not seeing that I only just had rice.. Mind you I'm very kind and polite through this whole ordeal..So we get to the sauces I asked her could i have extra cheese and sour cream she literally sprinkles and dabs the sour cream I'm like may I have more with an attitude she sprinkles the Littlest sprinkle like I'm just ah mice I said can I have just ah side of sour cream she said I will charge you extra I gave to you on your bowl. At this point I'm getting pissed like ma'am I never in my life paid for sour cream so in her language she started talking to the other girl which her name is Sophia ...I asked her what the other lady name she stated ALLY I told her thank you. Then As I proceed to get all of our food I look down and she's making other people food regularly that or not of color and I'm like what made me and my 14 year old and six year old stand out. Next to me the guy asked for extra cheese as well she got a handful but with me she used two fingers litterly.!!! Read moreThis Chipotle location is OK. I do have to say that the employees who work there are good and they are friendly when you engage with them. I appreciate the work that they do and they engage very well. However the portion size although it looks full is not overflowing. When it came down to the portion sizes I had to ask them several times to put more in my bowl. It would have been advantageous for them to put more in my bowl and let me tell them if I want less or not. The last time I went here the bowl was OVERFLOWING with portions I had asked for. This is also a small thing but it makes a big difference. This particular Chipotle did not place any napkins or cutlery into my bag. As I mentioned this may be a small thing, however the employees do not know where I am going to eat this. If I was to eat this I. My car on a lunch break I would not be able to because I would have had no way to eat this. It would also be somewhat of an inconvenience for me to return and ask for cutlery.
