Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

I frequent this location often. I'm not 100% sure but 7 days a week there's one guy working ever. Maybe he is the owner I don't know but he is working himself to death, whether he wants to keep all the profit and pay anybody else I'm not sure but whatever the case is I'm probably going to take my business elsewhere. Today I ordered online with a special deal 6.99 for any Footlong, I ordered the Beast sub something that I could make 2 meals from. I get it and it's feeling really light weight, I get home and there's hardly any meat on it and there's no ham! I realize I got a $18 sub for $7 but come on really paper thin meat and you leave off one. I mean times are hard and if you screw your customers then business declines. It's bad enough the guy isn't friendly and you feel awkward by the unfriendliness, A SMILE...

I filed a formal complaint on this store today, with corporate. My husband brought me a sandwich, which was supposed to be a chicken, bacon and ranch. What I got was a chicken, bacon and MAYO sandwich. I tried to call 4 times before someone answered (went to fax machine 3 times). When I explained the situation to the manager he told me to hold onto the sandwich until I was able to come back (6 hours) and exchange it. Who wants a stinky sandwich on their desk for 6 hours while they're working!? Not to mention I did without lunch because of their mistake! This store doesn't want your business. I waited in line for a few minutes while the one guy working in here made a couple in front of me's sandwiches. Then he turned to me and asked if I was a pickup order - I said no. Then he started working on a pickup order that looked to be about 10 sandwiches long. I said, "Hey, I'd still like to order. How long is this gonna take? I have my kids in the car." And he ignored me. Didn't respond - just kept working on that pickup order. So I left. Expensive mediocre sandwiches.
