I placed an order at 3:05pm on Friday 4/12/24 to be picked up at 6:00-6:05pm. Again, placed the order 3 hours before scheduled pick up.
Sent my daughter at 5:50pm to pick up order (3 pizzas, 3 crazy breads and 2 of their new thingys) and she was told it would be another 30-45 minutes as they’re super busy. Daughter calls me and comes home, as we don’t live too far.
Fiancé and I go down there 15 minutes later because the app didn’t show the food even being started yet. When I asked “manager” if my order had been started and if it’d be done in the 30 minutes remaining time frame that my daughter was given. She said no and that the order hadn’t even been started because they’re so busy.
I get being busy. I get being short handed. However they’d had my order for over 3 hours at that point and hadn’t even started.
“Manager” was RUDE. Kept repeating herself when a question was asked and couldn’t/wouldn’t give a good answer to said question.
I got my money back and won’t be purchasing from that...
Read moreWalked in a little after noon, since the N Oak location didn't have any hot and ready and I got terrible customer service over there I decided to come here. The gentlemen was more welcoming.. I will say that. I placed my order but he didn't tell me there would be a wait until after I paid for it. I honestly think it's a little weird neither locations had any pizzas hot and ready to go at lunch time. This location was also filthy! I could see boxes pre-boxed like I was at a Pizza Hut. (Corporate says this is a huge NONO) I used to AST GM a few stores in Iowa so I know! Also, They didn't offer my kids any Caesar's cookies, so they were disappointed not to get any. I don't know if both locations are owned by the same person either; but definitely seems like both locations could use new management. Read moreWish I could give this a zero. Zoey the district mananger has horrible customer service. I ordered on line at 1pm with a pick up of 1:25-1:30, arrived at 1:30 order not ready. Waited for my order till 2:30 when it was finally ready. I should have checked my order but it was completely wrong and the wings were old and hard. Tried to call about the order the phone is going to voice-mail. So I drove up there since I don't live far. Spoke with Zoey she laughs about the problem and rolls her eyes at me. I called the north oak location and they have been getting complaint calls about this location all day. The owners need to do something about this girl.
